They labeled customs label incorrectly…
They labeled customs label incorrectly resulting in ridiculous customs charge. They refuse to accept responsibility or issue refund as royal mail have not returned the refused item to them!!! Avoid at all costs. Now sept and still out of pocket. Customer service zilch so will now refer to bank to claim money back. AVOID

We are sorry again that you were disappointed with your experience. However, we’d like to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review.
Firstly, your order was refunded in full on August 28th. If you have not received the refund, please contact us directly so we can look into this for you.
Secondly, the order was for whiskey glasses. As explained to you by email on August 8th, the customs authorities flagged the shipment as containing alcohol, which resulted in the customs charge. This was a decision made by the customs authorities and was outside of our control.
Finally, we’d like to clarify the comment regarding our customer service. We were in communication with you back and forth for approximately three weeks regarding this matter, so we do not believe it is accurate to say that our customer service was “zilch” or non-existent.
We understand that customs issues can be frustrating, but we have communicated with you throughout, and the order was refunded on August 28th. Again, if you have not received that refund, please get in touch with us directly and we will be happy to investigate.

Hi Caroline, I’m sorry you’ve been frustrated by this. As I explained in email, the customs charge is not something we had control over, as the item was incorrectly classified by customs in the UK and excess duty was applied.
As the delivery was refused, the parcel now has to make its way back to us. Royal Mail advises that this can take up to a month. As soon as the parcel arrives back at our warehouse, we will process your full refund.
We appreciate your patience while this is being resolved.

Size guide inadequate costing customer additional costs in postage
Size guide was contrary to that of the actually garment therefore wrong size ordered and postage costs to purchase and return were incurred without actually getting the correct sized garment.
I had the item and knew the size wishing to buy a second one but encountered these difficulties which are unacceptable.

I popped in but ended up staying a while
I went in to buy a yoga mat and stayed for a while because the store is incredible! I even had a coffee! I spent a lot but enjoyed the retail experience. Well worth driving out to Spiddal for. The staff were all lovely.
