Stundun/Trustpilot sent many spam emails requesting reviews
I ordered a sweater more than 2 weeks ago. It has not yet been delivered, but I get daily spam emails wanting me to rate the product and rate Standun as a business - even though it hasn't been delivered yet. Standun sends tons of spammy emails.
Update: I believe the tons of emails I received were an issue with Trustpilot, so I'm amending this review of Standun. Overall, my purchase experience with Standun was fine - other than the bombardment of email requests for reviews before the product had been delivered.

We can see your order has been delivered - but we understand how annoying it must have been to get emails asking for feedback before it even arrived. We're currently looking into why these emails were sent, as this definitely isn't the experience we want anyone to have.

A good experience
Standun answered my queries quickly regarding the product I wanted to purchase. My parcel arrived very well packed although took a little longer than I expected to arrive but maybe this was because of the delivery company they use. I would order from them again although I’m not keen buying online and prefer to shop myself.

Poor customer service
I placed my order of 4 Waterford crystal glasses on 1 August 2025, it is now 11 August and i have still not received the glasses.
I have sent 2 emails requesting an update and to date had no response.
Very disappointing service.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry to hear about your experience.
We received your order on Friday, August 1st, and as the following Monday was a public holiday, it was not collected by the courier until Tuesday, August 5th. It was delivered in 4 working days, on August 11th, but I’m sorry if this wasn’t communicated clearly at the time. I also understand from your messages that you had emailed for updates, and I regret that we didn’t receive all of them in our system - this is something I’m actively looking into to prevent it happening again.
I’m glad to know your Waterford glasses have now arrived, and I hope they were perfect for the wedding.
As a small business, we truly value every customer and take feedback seriously to improve our service. Órla

Also the payement for the purchase went through before I had authorised same.
An item I ordered came in a different

Regarding the discount, the code provided is valid on non-promotional items, but the items you chose were already reduced in our summer sale, which is why it didn’t apply at checkout. I completely understand how this could have been unclear, and I’ve passed your comments to our team so we can make this information more obvious in future.
On the payment process, your order went through using Shop Pay, which securely stores details from previous purchases (not necessarily with Standún) and can process orders without re-entering your card’s 3-digit code. This is managed by the payment provider.
Lastly, with the colour mix-up, this was due to an upload error on our website. I’ve already been in touch with you directly to offer either keeping the top you received or returning it with a prepaid label - and I’m making sure our product listings are now correct.
Thank you again for your order and for giving us the chance to address these issues. Your feedback really helps us improve both our website and our service.

Great shop. Easy to order online
The Standun website was easy to navigate and I quickly found what I was looking for. Ordering was straightforward and I got free postage as my order was over £90.
I was kept informed on the status of my order.
I would definitely shop here again and would love to visit the shop.
