Great move on job 1309! Everything packed fast! Had a bunch of heavy items upstairs and they carefully wrapped all furniture and lugged it around. All around a very smooth experience.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I can list the monetary damages to our family. Bad communication, almost non-existent, lies or half-truths as you want to take it. And our belongings still don't arrive. Justifications for everything at the cost of our money.

Your shipment volume increased from approximately 1,000 cubic feet to 2,100 cubic feet, which significantly changed the final cost of the move. The amount listed for May 10 does not reflect the correct total for the actual volume and services provided.

Igor and Constantine were so slow
Igor and Constantine were so slow. When they picked my stuff up it took them 1p hours to get it loaded. Mind you it was already packed. Then unloading took another 5 hours. While most of the boxes were clearly marked where they went they put them wherever they wanted. They scratched floors and some furniture. Overall im not real happy with this service and im still waiting for the other half! Somehow syrup got on alot of the boxes too so its sticky everywhere 🙃

The movers? Great! Safe Ship? Not so great.
The only thing that made our experience great was our movers, Edward and Stan. They were efficient, got us moved 400+ miles in just two days, and were so nice. Cannot recommend them enough, if you are lucky enough to have them for your movers you will be very happy.
If you use this service though, beware - do not hire through Safe Ship; the company changed things on us several times, were very hard to get a hold of, and deviated from our agreement without notice.

Roman and Alex were awesome
Roman and Alex were awesome! They worked with us on everything. Helped us deal with the miscommunication from the booking company. These guys are super respectful and very easy to work with. I can say that I'm never moving out of state again 😂. But it's not because of these guys. They we probably the best part of our move.
