Dear Jamie,
We're very sorry to hear that you still didn't get your items. We've looked into it and it appears that there was a wrong label on your package, so it was returned to our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Yesterday we received the package and send it again with the right label. According to the new tracking code the order is out for delivery today, so hopefully you will receive your order soon.
If you still want to cancel the order, you can return the package. When we receive your package with returned goods, you will receive an email notification and your order will be refunded as soon as possible.
I hope to have informed you sufficiently.
Kind regards,
Ewout - Stanno.com

Hi Stephen,
Your order delivery is scheduled for today. The first attempted delivery was on 08/07/20. The street number was incorrect, therefore our sendpartner had to update the delivery address details.
Hopefully you will receive your order soon! :-)
