I booked a meet-and-greet service from SC Parking ltd expecting a smooth and efficient return process, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite following the instructions exactly and calling ahead as required, I waited around 90 minutes for my vehicle to be returned and was repeatedly given inaccurate updates about when it would arrive. What should have been a straightforward collection turned into a lengthy and frustrating ordeal that delayed our journey home significantly. The drivers themselves were polite, professional and clearly doing their best, and I have no criticism of them personally. However, the system they are working within is appalling. Communication between customer service and drivers appears to be poor, resulting in customers being given unrealistic collection times and left waiting without accurate information. I paid for a premium service and simply did not receive the level of service that was advertised or promised

Terrible experience. Waited 25 minutes before car picked up and 55 minutes for it to be returned. Car covered in bird shit. Approx eight pound coins nicked. My fault for leaving them in the car but what a bunch of lying cheats.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Took ages to meet us at the airport to collect the car and the same again but worse on the way back! Waited for an hour for them to drop the car back in the middle of the night with tired children. Called every ten minutes and got the same response from a guy who was very rude - driver will be 5 minutes. I asked if the driver could be called to find out exactly how long and they would not.
When we got the car back, we found that change left in the car had been stolen. A small amount but it is the principle!
Also, it is not clear upon booking that you have the pay the £13 entry to the car park on both drop off and pick up - so not as cheap as you think!
Spend a bit extra and book with someone else.

Do not use this amateur outfit. You will be given just one mobile number to call, no-one will answer, increasing your stress levels as you flight time gets closer and no-one has collected your car. Nightmare. Zero stars. I'm appalled that Stansted allow them to continue to operate.

I have never had a worse parking experience. This company is a disgrace and Stansted Airport should be ashamed of even allowing them to operate.DO NOT USE THEM! You would be better to walk to long stay parking

Absolutely horrendous! Hidden fees, was told car would be brought to airport that was a lie, long bus rides and chaotic getting on as many people waiting and rushing to get a seat as it was a small mini bus! Couldn’t locate car on arrival back so another mess around. Will Never use again!

Extremely unprofessional service.

Ignored calls, rude staff, no vehicle inspection, no receipt, no paperwork, and poor communication from start to finish. I was even shouted at by a staff member after following their own instructions.

To make matters worse, I waited over 30 minutes in the cold and rain for my car to be returned.

This was a stressful and frustrating experience. I would not use this company again and would not recommend it to others.

We had two cars on our booking but after 45 minutes waiting in the car park only one arrived. The same driver then went back to collect the other one, which took another 15 minutes. Both cars had been parked in a field or possibly a bog so were covered in mud when they finally arrived. There was also an additional 2 charges of £13 to exit the car park on drop off and pick up. Will never even consider using this service again!

They kept us waiting 45 minutes out in the cold, kept hanging up on us, telling us will be 10 mins about 4 times. The car came back like it had been through a muddy ditch, covered in mud literally all over the car, even the roof.

The new system is designed for people like me: those with memory lapses, increasing with age and having other things to do, and who forget to pay it within the tight timeframe. In other words, a sucker who is absolutely powerless to do anything but pay for this toss through the fur king nose and have zero choice when the missus has to fly to a specific airport abroad.

Firstly they don’t tell you that you have to pay for a ticket when dropping the car off and picking the car up £26 in total (£13 each way) on top of the fee you’ve already paid to then be met by someone who has no uniform or badge who doesn’t speak a word of English and they just want you to hand over your keys and that’s it.

Our Flight number was given to the company for the return and a key tag was placed on the keys with our landing time written in bold and was told our car will be waiting for us on arrival. When we arrived which was at 00:30 we were looking for our car but it was no where to be seen. I called the company to ask when it would be here and they said that the car has just left it will be there in 40 minutes in which I thought was absolutely disgusting so I told them that’s not good enough I have a 4 year old daughter who is absolutely freezing cold as we thought it would be here straight away they then said it would be there in 5-10 minutes. 30 minutes had passed so I called them again and they said the driver will be there in 5-10 minutes in which I was already told that 30 minutes ago so we waited for a little longer by this time an hour had already passed called them again and they just kept saying 5-10 minutes, after waiting and waiting and losing my patience I called them again and they kept declining my call then they blocked my number! I then called them off my partners phone and again they just said 5-10 minutes told them this was unacceptable and could just hear people in the background laughing.

Finally after 2 hours had passed I had a call from a different number stating that they were the driver and they would be there in 10 minutes at this point I had given up the fight and all I could do was just wait. 2 1/2 hours we waited for our car to arrive to be met with someone who didn’t seem to give a sh*t about the whole situation absolutely disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This company is a scam which should have been obvious from the spelling mistakes and grammar in their communications. The uninsured foreigners operating this scam will effectively charge you for stealing your car and running up parking tickets, fines and using your car unlawfully. You will not be met on either leg of your journey and your car will be returned in a filthy state. You have been warned!!!!

Very poor service.
We were told to call 30 minutes before arrival so that a shuttle could come and pick us up. We followed the instructions, but after landing we had to wait for more than an hour with no pickup.
The customer service was extremely unhelpful. When we called for an update, the staff laughed at us and could not provide any information about when the shuttle would arrive.
This was a very frustrating experience after a long flight. The company did not keep its promises and showed no respect for its customers. I would not recommend this parking service to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting service. They don’t answer the phone, they were 30 minutes late to return the car, the car arrived filthy and there are hidden charges you only find out about after booking. Based on that alone it’s worth paying extra to park through the official Stansted parking website. You have to hand your keys over to a random person who has no uniform or no signage - it’s just a scruffy dressed man in a car park who can’t speak English who disappears with your car and keys. Please avoid for your own sanity.

SC parking Ltd. I have never felt compelled to write a bad review before until my experience with this company. I didnt think it could get much worse than our experience with dropping off our car... until we had to deal with the god awful service upon collection after landing back at stansted. Firstly, drop off. Last week we arrived at the airport and called them to let them know that we had arrived. This led to a painful 7 phone calls we had to make to them. We were led from one car park to another. We were told several different locations by multiple different people and it took an hour to finally get someone to collect our car! And it only gets worse. We arrived back yesterday evening. Unfortunately our flight had been delayed by almost 2 hours coming back. We landed, and I called the company immediately to let them know we were here. They said theyd be 45 minutes! Very frustrating, but we accepted that we would just have to wait. Had it actually been 45 minutes we would have been fine. 12 phone calls. We waited an hour and a half. Every time we spoke to them we got a different answer on how long it would be. They stopped picking up the phone to my partner/hanging up on him when they did answer so i began to call. On the final call i asked them to keep me on hold while they contacted the driver to find out how long he would be and they just kept me on hold until he turned up. The cherry on top is how filthy my car is now, mud all inside both of the front footwells and caked in mud on the outside of the car. I pride myself on being a patient person. I have worked in many customer service roles and understand how people can be sometimes. But between the rudeness from their service team, and the total lack of organisation i am appauled. 0 stars.

Not even a Star, very very muddy, no wait space,i left soaking wet to the airport, parked under a big tree with branches hanging on top of the car, full of birds shits, and also hidden extra cost £20 for the drop off and pick up, never again

Very unprofessional service.

When I dropped off my car, I was not given any document or receipt confirming that the company had taken possession of it. The drivers appeared unprofessional and did not inspire confidence.

Upon pickup, I was informed at 23:30 that there were not enough drivers available and that my car would be delivered in one hour instead of the 30 minutes stated in the terms and conditions. I am currently still waiting at the airport for my car.

I hope the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when I left it a few days ago. Based on this experience, I will not be using this company again.

I would like to give 0 but doesn't allow. We have been back nearly a fortnight and I have given them ample time by to refund all costs but the only response was to give us a discount on our next trip. We will now be forwarding our experience to the police as our car was illegally used by at least 4 people, trashed inside (have taken photos). This is theft. On return they did not recognise the booking and when it was returned the driver could not run away quick enough. There are so many reviews with similar experiences that potential customers have been warned. We use meet and greet all the time mainly from Gatwick with no problems but Stansted was a complete mess. Do not use this company even if it's the cheapest.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.

Returned to my car after two days parking to find it in a horrendous dirty condition. Mud everywhere on the exterior and dirty footprints in the footwell. Looked like someone had been driving about doing donuts. Contacted the company and they offered me a 10% discount on my next trip with them but no chance I’ll use them again
