I missed my flight because the wait time for a car to take me to the airport was over an hour.
It's seems to be a very disorganised family business. I meet people there who waited longer than I did. Communication is difficult because I dont think they understand what is being said half the time.
I'm surprised they are even liked on a comparison site. They should be closed down
Upon returning to the uk I had another 45 minutes wait to go the 8 minutes drive to the parking lot.

New farm parking is terrible service went for 3 nights got charged extra £20 to use there shuttle service plus got back and the car was filthy covered in dust (please do not use this car park) they rip you off and full of bad attitude

After a reply from the manager who explained the misunderstanding, I wanted to apologise.
The company I used go by multiple names (similar to the name of this one) to get away with what they are doing.
The one to avoid is operating from: 6 Stansted Rd, Elsenham, Bishop's Stortford CM22 6LJ.
Again want to apologise for the confusion!

On return from holiday when my car was returned by "meet and greet SC Parking" We found the dashcam disconnected, dishevelled inside and 251 miles on the mileage. No reply to there website and when obtaining a crime number the observation was made "it happens all the time" After further communication with other companies, who are aware of this practise, I will add this codicil. Time to police yourselves. After pressure applied I will reiterate, this review is aimed directly at SC Parking, who are obviously a scam outfit. Unfortunatly legitamate business are feeling hurt, sorry for that but, you all come under the heading of "meet and greet"

I have to say my experience with the meet & greet parking was not that bad. As this was my first time using Stansted Airport & it only being a 30 minute drive from my home, I decided to use this facility & drive myself to the airport. Apart from 1 member of staff when I actually parked my car where I was told to, who actually grumpily told me to move it further forward until he put his hand up to stop me, not leaving much room for the car in front of my car to get their luggage out of their car, the rest of the experience was ok. On my return, as I was in a wheelchair being pushed by a porter, they actually brought my car from where it was left during my holiday to nearer to where I was. I must say though that as it is called Meet & Greet parking, I did expect to be met as I parked & my car brought to me upon my return. But you have to actually take your keys into a reception area with a slip of paper the guy directing parking gives you, you are then given a small card in exchange for your keys, that you hand back into the reception desk in order to retrieve your keys upon your return, & would be expected to walk to a parking area to collect your car.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this meet and greet service to avoid it. My experience at Stansted Airport was unacceptable from start to finish and completely undermined the convenience and efficiency that this type of service is supposed to offer.
I landed at 1:02am and contacted the company immediately, exactly as instructed. I was told passport control and baggage collection would take around 35 minutes, which should have given them more than enough time to have my vehicle ready. Instead, I was left waiting until approximately 2:25am for my car to be returned — over 1 hour and 20 minutes after notifying them of my arrival.
What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication. During the delay, I made repeated calls to both the mobile and office numbers for updates. Calls were ignored, left ringing, or I was placed on hold without any meaningful information. On more than one occasion I was told someone would call me back, but no one did. At no stage was I given an honest or helpful update about when my car would actually arrive.
This was especially distressing because I am diabetic and was travelling in the early hours of the morning with my grandson and my pregnant daughter-in-law. Being left stranded at the airport at that time of night, with no clear information and no support, caused significant stress and inconvenience.
When the driver finally arrived, his attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than apologising or trying to resolve the issue, he simply said it was not his responsibility and told me to complain to the company. He was unable or unwilling to provide any proper complaint details and left before the matter could be discussed.
I am also concerned by the lack of transparency in the booking process. The confirmation email did not clearly set out the terms and conditions or provide a clear complaints procedure, making it unnecessarily difficult to understand customer rights or raise concerns afterwards.
A meet and greet service is sold on convenience, efficiency and peace of mind. This service delivered the exact opposite: long delays, poor organisation, no accountability and appalling communication. Based on my experience, I would never use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Appalling! Told would need to wait up to an hour for car due to lack of drivers (this was at 2.30am), got a call to say car ready only for them to tell me someone else had collected my car!! Turns out they was using surnames rather than vehicle regs and it was someone else’s car i’d been called about, mine was still stuck in storage! Finally arrived just after an hours wait but I was one of the lucky ones, people there had been waiting over an hour and half. There was people everywhere and getting really irate. Staff didn’t know what was going on and one told us this happens most days so please complain as it’s only way management will listen and get more staff in. Would never use again!

They literally make you pay extra at the last moment. I chose SMG Car Park after comparing prices with other options, as it looked like I could save a few pounds. However, when we arrived in the morning, there was nobody available and the office was closed. We had to wait around 20 minutes just to check in, which already caused unnecessary delay and stress before catching our flight.
When we finally checked in, I was asked to pay an additional £21 because my return flight arrival time was 5:30 PM, while I had entered 7:00 PM during the booking. They called this a booking amendment charge. I was shocked by this unexpected extra cost, but as we were already delayed and needed to catch our flight, I had no choice but to pay.
On top of that, they charge £2.50 per person each way for the pick-up and drop-off service. For 4 people, this added another £20 to the cost.
In total, my 5-day booking ended up costing around £110, which was actually more expensive than some of the closer airport car parks like Orange or Red parking options near the terminal.
My recommendation: please read all terms carefully and think twice before booking with SMG Car Park. The initial cheaper price may not be the final amount you end up paying.

Never answer the phone or are always 5 minutes away. Waited over 1.5 hours to be picked up. Only have 1 minibus which meant people missing out and waiting for return which took over an hour despite car park being 7 minute drive away.
Do not use at all costs, absolutely carnage of a company.

Please be aware of this scammers. 65 £ for one extra day ( 13 hours later landed ) as my flight was delayed. Drivers rude. Never again

I collected my car yesterday and unfortunately my experience was disappointing and please do not say i am not your costumer blah blah on your reply.
Firstly, the car was returned dirty inside and out. Given the recent weather, I was prepared to overlook that. However, what concerned me far more was that some coins I had left in the centre compartment were missing when I collected the vehicle. I always leave few coins for my shopping trolleys.
I had deliberately left a small amount of change (£10 in a £ coin) there as a simple test of trustworthiness. The coins were covered by other items, and I had taken a photo beforehand showing exactly how everything was arranged. When I checked the compartment upon collection, the items had clearly been moved and were no longer positioned as they had been. The coins themselves were gone.
I cannot say whether anything else is missing at this stage, but this is not a good reflection on the business. I would suggest management speaks with whoever had access to or drove my vehicle during its time in your care.
My advice to other customers is to take photos of the interior and exterior of their vehicle before handing it over, including the mileage and fuel level. I now wish I had done this more thoroughly, as I have some concerns that the vehicle may have been driven further than expected.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me with very little confidence in the company. Trust is a huge part of leaving your car with any business, and based on what I experienced, I will not be using this company again.
In addition, i had to wait 45 mins to get my DIRTY car back when i was told to call 30 mins before drop off / collection to avoid waiting. 👎

Absolutely awful service from start to finish. Staff are rude, unhelpful, nearly missed our flight as they are inattentive and untimely. The telephone line to call they just ignore you if you chase them on the status of your drop off/collection. The car returned absolutely filthy, and to top it off you have hidden fees of entry/exit fees to car parks! A full complaint and escalation to the company has been raised, which has not been acknowledged or responded to still. AVOID!!!

I left a one star review for this company after double checking I had the correct one because I used a comparison site. It appears I had the incorrect one somehow. I spoke with the man in charge who I'll not name but I felt sorry for him; his company has been impersonated and is spending significant time money and effort on fighting these people who have besmerged his companies name.
It would probably be far cheaper for him to rebrand under a different name than have to keep dealing with this. He wasn't even angry, was wholly understandable at why the review was left and I agreed to delete it. I then felt duty bound to add a counter review to make up for it. I'd have no doubts that this, the real Standsted Meet and Greet are a fantastic company and wish them the very best in future business and litigations.

I haven’t actually booked with this company however I would like to HIGHLIGHT that this company is having a tough time due to another company operating with a similar name to them. This company ‘Stanstead Meet and Greet Parking’ have been operating for 20years and are a professional and reputable company. They have been providing parking services with no issues.
Unfortunately due to a rogue company operating with a similar name they are facing the backlash on trustpilot as a result of this and receiving bad reviews which have nothing to do with them. I posted a bad reviews incorrectly on them and after receiving a phone call from Mark their Customer Liason, I understood the situation and removed the review but posted it on the correct company ‘SAFEMEETANDGREET’ this is the bad company that you do not want to book with. I booked two cars with them and had an awful experience, as many others have (see reviews) if you book through ‘AIRPORTPARKINGDEALS.CO.UK’ then you are booking with a dodgy company as they own all the parking services offered on there! BE AWARE OF THIS!! They are under review!!

I thought the service was very efficient and seamless. I hardly had to wait to be taken to the terminal or collected. The 2 guys who I dealt with were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using this company for future trips from Stansted! Also, significantly cheaper than on site parking
2.5 HOUR WAIT AND CRASHED MY CAR.
Called 23 times in total. Told: its on its way, wont be long, the driver is 3 minutes away, driver is trying to find your car now. After 23rd call got told it had already been dropped off and keys on drivers wheel?? That's because they had driven it and crashed it. Now dealing with police and a very long insurance claim. Disgraceful
