This a warning to all drivers that want to use the service please do not use them,
I booked this service for the 23rd of march 2026 as we went off for a short brake, the next day I received a call to let me kin that my care you had been damaged by a dear while be moved to the secure parking location, I was ask to go through my insurance this I found very strange they said they would pay my excess I of course said no and they need to go through their insurance they said they will sort it out, 8 weeks later the car come back to me totally ruined in this time they had the car I was asking for damage reports and there insurance but this never happened the car was being driven around in Ilford as this is where it was in back street garages and did not go through there insurance, I have had things taken out of my car, a small bag change around 10 pounds, my parking permits, my Swiss army pen knife, my door keys and phone charger, after all my calls and messages to them they just don’t care and left me with a car I can not drive

Terrible service. On arrival we had to wait an hour before being relieved of the car. On return we phoned them, as instructed, after exiting customs. Instead of waiting 30 minutes, as stated by the company on their paperwork, we were promised a 40 minute wait for the car to be returned. In fact we had to wait 58 minutes. Two other things: Only once the customer has made the payment online does the outfit mention that a short-stay car parking fee, both at the start and end of the trip, also have to be paid by the customer. Second, the company separated the ignition key from the other keys on the same key ring - which was only later found in the glove pocket. Avoid at all costs.

Dropped off car fine but when I arrived at 2:30 in the morning to collect it they said there had been a “technical problem” and I waited over 2hours to get it back no help at all and kept saying they would call me. Sat in a cold waiting room with little help or consideration. Take care if using this service

Long Stay Car Park at Stansted Airport is a complete joke, waited over 45 minutes for a bus, several passed but were all full, intercoms at the bus shelters don’t work when pressed. Heavens forbid there isn’t an emergency and you need to try and contact them. People taking drastic measures by standing in the middle of the road to get the driver to stop to radio through but he nearly knocked them over and didn’t stop. Drivers are unprofessional except for the one whose bus we did get on who was very apologetic. If you do use this car park give yourself plenty of time as you may be late for your flight.

Compare airport parking website should be ashamed of themselves. We waited over 2 and a half hours for our car to be collected after paying £13 each way for car park fees WHICH WAS NOT STATED at time of booking, in fact I paid more as that wasn’t stated and others clearly said they charged so this was the first scam.
We spent over 2 hours in the freezing cold to collect our car- no communication, being hung up on by the operator. Lied to constantly about when our car would turn up. It was as long to wait for our car then for the whole flight home and we had to pay £13 again. Disgusting

Absolute amateurs. The guy on the phone spoke very poor english, upon arrival there is no one in hi-viz identifying themselves resulting in us a parking in the wrong row. After another call we were told to go to row B and that it was okay to go through a no-entry and up a one way to get to that row! Arriving at row B a random guy pointed indicating to park in a DISABLED bay. At this point he had walked off to the pay machine whereupon we had to pay to park ( a hidden charge) not made clear upon booking. We were not the only arrivals who didnt know where to go or what to do either.
On our return we were told the car would be in row A,B or C. It wasn't. We were then told it will be 3/4mins. It wasn't. At this point we approached 2 random Indian blokes asking if they were meet and greet. They were, although again no hi-viz or badges identifying who they worked for. They confirmed the car was on its way and eventually 15mins later the car arrived although the driver left the car in an Uber parking bay.
My overall impression is they don't give a toss and probably know they won't get booted out of Stanstead.
I've had better service for illegal minicabs.

Stuck with a dead battery and the car park staff were amazing ! Super helpful and warm and got us going in about 30 mins. Thank you so much.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Called as soon as we landed, told it’d be 40 mins which already seemed quite long when it’s meant to be meet and greet/quicker.. it was 12:20am, I had a 4 year old, waiting in the cold, zero sign of my car, they had the details of flight, car reg and time on the key too. 45mins passed, called and told another 15 mins.. time came and passed, called and called, almost 2 hours of waiting, 2am we got our car. They state “hassle free service” and as a family we need that, it was far from it. An added £26 for parking on top. And what’s worse is everyone around us and other drivers in the same boat, same service, getting calls blocked, no cars, no answers, rude and completely unhelpful/unfriendly on the phone.

Any good reviews you read have been sheer luck. Do not book if you want an actual meet and greet hassle free service

1st there is a hidden charge of £13 when you are in and £13(£26 in total) and when you go!
The guy who received my car showed me the 'important information' on the confirmation email stating this extra charge of £10 every time the car comes in but you pay £13.
They claim that all the clients are in a rush to catch the flight or go home and they hide the extra charges.
2nd the drivers abused my passenger seat, by stepping on my daughters jacket with muddy shoes!
3rd upon my arrival a woman picked up the phone and when I asked her how long it would take my car to arrive she hung up the phone and she was not answering when I tried to call back.
I called after 1/2 hour and my car was still on their site and arrived after an extra 1/2 hour.

I booked the Park and ride. 2 days for a quoted price of £42. When I received my confirmation email they then tell you that there is a drop off and collection fee totalling £20 more, which knocks the price up to £30 a day!!. There is no mention of this extra charge in the overview. They cover themselves by mentioning it in the drop off and collection tab, which, as its self explanatory I'm sure most dont look at prior to booking. So this isn't a park and ride as advertised. The quoted price is only for the park, the ride part carries an additional fee. Also be aware that they accept no liability for any damage or losses to your vehicle so once you've left your car and keys with them, if you return and they've damaged the car while moving it, its tough luck.

I turned in with my car in full washed and hovered, I left with a crime scene. Never recommend anyone to use just pay to park into park in the airport!

Inside my car had dust covered on all the seat floor matts like a family who went on a walked in a dusty construction site (including the middle seat)

I booked a Meet & Greet parking service and had a terrible experience from start to finish. I was left waiting over an hour to get my car back, with very poor communication and no clear updates.

The most concerning issue is that it appeared multiple people had been inside my vehicle, not just the driver. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how cars are handled.

To make matters worse, my car was freshly washed before drop-off, but it was returned with mud all over the back seats, suggesting it had been misused while in their care.

I have raised a formal complaint and requested a full refund, but I strongly advise others to avoid this company if you value your vehicle and your time.

not made aware of £13 charge for the carpark on arrival and collection. Over an hour late to pick us up with a baby, no apology. They treat their staff very badly as well.

Damaged my car, no accountability when I complained they said they would send me a email where I could get this sorted, obviously they didn’t send it. Not worth giving them your car if it’s going to get damaged. Definitely would not recommend them or use them again. Also extra charges on the day

Parking with these was awful car cam back filthy and broken wing mirror complained got a email after a week nothing else. Visited the registered address 2 months after spoke to the boss another email after stating will get reimbursement for cleaning and parking still nothing received. Next step legal action, don’t use them.

Absolutley shocking service the collection of the car was late and very unorganised and the collection was even worse we kept getting told they were on their way when they went then had to catch a shuttle to the middle of no where with four freezing kids and a blind lady late at night the staff were rude and very unhelpful i emailed them first thing tuesday morning and have still had no response

I found my experience with this company to be very poor. Awful communication, yes I could contact them via phone but I never got a straight forward answer.
On arrival I had to drive around for awhile trying to find a spot to park but when I eventually did I was told to move and go back to row A\B that had no spaces, yes there was someone there but he was not the driver so without a parking spot in their designated spot I had to risk leaving car in uber bay while waiting for a the person to take the car to arrive. Also was told to just park in disabled bay which I think is appalling.

On return; i was told 40 mins which I expected….reality is I waited nearly 2 hours for my car and never once got a call to update me on eta; I had to keep ringing only to be put on hold while they tried to contact the driver like they no clue when my car left their sight.

Also now the Stansted orange stay entrance and exit fee is £13 rather than previous £10 so keep that in mind when booking as for drop and collect that’s an extra £26 to pay and I feel it’s really not worth it for this company

Over 1 hour wait on arrival... lied three time about times... extra £26 to pay for using the car park... lots of unhappy customers waiting for their cars Car arrived back dirty as it had been parked under a tree!!
