I strongly advise everyone to avoid Swift Meet & Greet at Stansted Airport. They are a completely rogue, fraudulent service and absolute cheaters, also operating under two other company names at Stansted.

I booked their service through the comparison site compareparkingdeals.co.uk for a trip between the morning of 13th June and the evening of 16th June 2026. I handed my keys over to them at the Orange Car Park at Stansted, trusting that my car would be left securely in a safe Compound while I was out of the country.

Instead, the following happened:
1) Joyriding & PCN Fine: While I was thousands of miles away, my car was driven without my permission. I received a formal Parking Charge Notice (PCN) showing my vehicle was caught committing an offense in the Stansted Blue Car Park on 15th June at 22:30—right in the middle of my trip.
2) High Mileage: When I picked up the car, I noticed the mileage was unusually high. I didn't think much of it at the exact moment of pickup, but receiving the PCN proves they were using my car for their own personal use or joyriding it around the airport.
3) Hidden Fees: On top of everything, they made me to pay the short-stay airport parking barrier tickets just to get my car in and out, which is supposed to be covered or handled professionally.
Appeals Rejected: Because Swift Meet & Greet used my vehicle illegally, London Stansted Airport (MAG) / NSL rejected my initial liability appeal. I am now stuck dealing with a £100 fine for a driving offense I could not physically commit.
4) Vile Customer Service: When I contacted SWIFT service to present this solid evidence, they were incredibly rude, hostile, and completely refused to take responsibility or respond further.

When I spoke to genuine, official Stansted Airport parking staff about the situation, they explicitly told me that Swift Meet & Greet is a rogue outfit working illegally out of the Orange Car Park without the airport’s authorization.

They are cowboy operators who will abuse your car, collect fines in your name, and ignore you when caught. Avoid them at all costs and pay the extra money for official airport parking!

Scam, do not use. After a 1 hour 30 minute wait I got my car back. With 90 miles less than it had when I left it. Car also now has a rattle that wasn’t there before I dropped it off. They also unplugged and moved my dashcam. Some footage on the dashcam shows somebody in my car at 02:00 at night 24hours after we dropped the car off, before unplugging my dashcam. No communication, hidden fees, don’t take responsibility for anything. And definitely use your car for racing or other activities while you’re away. Would highly recommend AVOIDING them.

It's a big scam operasted by criminals. We waited 2 hours to get our car after midnight with 2 children. We had to call them dozens of times. They either don't pick up or lie - "we are about to drop the car, we are just searching the keys" etc. They eventually just left the car with the keys on one of the front tires. They also tailgated in the car park and we had to pay a £60 fine. This was a disaster all around. 100% avoid!

DO NOT USE swift meet and greet/parking buddy they are a total scam outfit it took 1.5hrs to get my car to us to get home only to find 6 days later i got a parking fine at that time i was still flying home the driver had tail gated the car in front to avoid paying no joy with appeal because i needed the drivers name

I used Swift Airport Parking and, unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

While I was abroad in Tenerife and my vehicle was in the company’s custody, I received a Parking Charge Notice relating to a date and time when I was not even in the UK.

I have contacted Swift Airport Parking multiple times by email asking for an explanation and assistance, but I have received no response.

The most frustrating part is not just the charge itself, but the complete lack of communication and customer support when trying to resolve an issue involving my vehicle while it was under their care.

I would strongly advise others to consider this before booking.

Avoid, made us leave the key on the tyre as not there to meet and was 2 hours late for the return, used the car to do other airport drops while we were away that they incurred a Parking fine for. Complete frauds.

Absolute scam. Do not use! We nearly missed our flight on the way out due to the excessive wait. Had to phone about 20 times just to get through, only to be fobbed off. On the way back, even worse. Left waiting for hours in the rain, brought the wrong car the first time, then another hour before correct car brought. Staff are very rude and unapologetic. Witnessed people missing flights, vulnerable travelers waiting out in the rain, incorrect vehicles being brought. Dreadful!

After being late bringing the car back , the numpties lost a Ford key in my car. The guy who dropped off the car asked me to help him look for the key but I couldn't find it as it was dark and I had a small child and was in a rush.they called us 14 times along the way home begging us to look for the key. Next morning during daylight I found it but now they are not answering.
Someone in a couple of days will be really pissed off .
I have the key but these guys are not answering anymore.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE...DO NOT BOOK!!!!

Nearly missed out flight our as they left us waiting in the car park for over an hour in the middle of the night. They don't answer the phone and when they do they constantly say they will '4 minutes'.

Upon arrival it was even worse....after an hours wait they brought the wrong car and the stated that my car was with a different company. After many desperate calls and yet another hours wait they finally brought MY car.

The man who collected the car was incredibly rude and the man who dropped it off acted like nothing mattered and that this happens....

There is no address, no complaints procedure so will be contacting Stansted as somebody has to take responsibility for allowing this scam company to work there....

They would get 0 if it was available. Along with other users comments, just don’t use them. Arrived Stansted and told minimum of 1 hour wait. If you don’t like it, “go to Trading Standards”. Was told alternative solutions, they would give post code where car is and “you can go and find it yourself”. Buyers beware, you have been warned. Met people in the terminal who had missed flights because Swift hadn’t turned up to pick up there car and wouldn’t answer the phone
As a follow up, it has now been 90 minutes and still no sign of my car
As a final update, my car arrived 110 minutes after the initial phone call. I telephoned several times and was told different stories as to where my car was currently located, from its in the car park(the entry ticket disproved this) to, I had booked to return the day before (the excuse from the gentleman who finally delivered the car to me). As I said earlier in this post, why would you use a company who lie to you and take almost two hours to return your car?

This company lost our key and claimed we never handed it over. We have reported them to the Police and Trading Standards. DO NOT give your keys to these people.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU WANT AN ON TIME RELIABLE ASSURED SERVICE!!! As at 28/5/26. The booking process is easy, then they tag on another £26 for the drive in and out of the orange car park at Stansted. However that’s not the worst bit. The driver took almost 1 hour to come And collect the key on departure making us late for check in. All very stressful- and again that’s still not the worst bit - on pickup. Not only did they lie and say my car would be delivered- my car stayed the entire 4 days in the short stay and it took them 2hrs to “deliver the car” - we were frantic . The young driver explained, very truthfully and totally unaware “that the manager
Had only just brought the key”. He confirmed that he’s been waiting too and yes my car had been there the whole time - so no need for the first ticket payment. SCAMMERS so please be aware - this added total worry and unnecessary anxiety.

Took 2 hours to return the car even though I called ahead. Then I got stopped at the barrier even after paying the exit charge. Total price was over £700!!! Icing on the cake to receive a letter from NSL saying I had failed to make payment. At 7:21am when the plane was still airborne. So this company has pulled a fast one. Please stay away from them.

We had the same experience 2hr wait for our car on return l, didnt get it back till 1.10 am when we landed at 11.20.
Now just got a parking charge from standstead, timed at 21.44 while we were still in the air,
Does anyone have a clue as to where they keep the cars??, addresses or name of the operator. Someone should be able to put a stop to these cowboys.

My daughter booked this "Service" through Stressfree parking.
The service was appalling.
On return to Stanstead airport my son in law phoned swift to ask them to try to be prompt as his wife was pregnant and feeling ill. The car took over an hour to return and was left in a short stay car park unlocked with the keys in it. REALLY BAD!!!!

DO NOT USE - nothing that hasn't already been said. Do not answer the phone, timeframes are far longer than advertised, it might be OK when arriving back, but when you have a flight to catch going it becomes a very stressful experience and not worth saving the £30 difference to booking through more reputable companies associated with the airport. I ended up having to source other means of parking and just caught my flight with 10 minutes to spare, when I originally arrived over 2 hours before my flight.

They will probably change their company name soon, as there are already multiple names associated with them, so I just wouldn't use any of these meet and greets as it's not worth the risk.

A complete scam! when dropping off I gave half an hour notice as they requested. Then when I arrived I saw nobody and called the number 28 times but it wouldn't even ring! eventually we discovered many angry people waiting somewhere else in the car park for the same company. Many had been waiting for over an hour and obviously had a flight to catch. Suddenly a group of foreign men came walking towards us like some kind of gang, they could hardly speak English and wanted our keys. Even worse coming home we had to wait over 1.5 hours to get the car back and apparently they are only 12 minutes away... go figure! Complete shambles and scam. In the end i was just pleased to get the car back but next time I would pay the extra and just use the car park. DO NOT USE THESE!!!!

This service is a complete waste of time. Were 30mins late collecting my car at departure, and never delivered my car back - had to collect it myself. A fraudulent service.

Unfortunately we cannot give this zero or minus stars. Beyond diabolical rubbish service . They do not answer the phone we waited 2 hours to get our car back and then 7 days later we receive a parking charge from Stansted for our car that cannot have been us as we were still in Spain which means Swift Meet and Great we’re using our vehicle unauthorised. Under no circumstances book with this company whatever you save you will lose in stress and hassle .
