Disgusting treatment
Disgusting. Along as you live in the USA you have the BOGOF on drinks as it is Fathers Day..... not in the UK!!!! Clearly in the UK Starbucks clearly feel that we don't matter. It is not enough that they charge extortionate prices for a coffee, so much so that you need a mortgage to purchase a round for the family, but you are then discriminated against because you live in the UK!!!!!. Sorry UK Fathers, you are clearly not worthy of a free coffee!!!

Starbucks never Costa always
Just been in your newstore(68923) in sommercoats Alfreton and ordered 2 x hazelnut lattes order number7522 and it was the worst I have ever had there was no taste of hazelnut at all and it left a funny after taste so at that we threw them out when we got home and on top of that we were charged £9.50 for that. Never will we enter Starbucks again we will stick with Costa it’s better allround

Looks like the staff can’t wait to close and go home! It’s not acceptable to order a drink and it’s missing the coconut and the fruits inside! No dragon fruit and no coconut milk!
Starbucks Disgrace
I went to Starbucks in Farnborough Town Centre on Thursday 6th June.
Walked in at 6:10pm. The place shuts at 7pm. The two servers first told me that it was shut. Every chair was on a table apart from three chairs. I sat in one of the three chairs. Then I demanded some food. I got something the hot chocolate was awful, the cup was half empty and very little hot chocolate powder. It was like drinking hot water. The cake I had was stale it tasted awful. I did not have time to complain or I would of. This is a complete disgrace I paid over £10 for complete rubbish. Get rid of the two servers they have no manners and no idea of customer service. I would like a refund and compensation for a terrible experience.

Appreciate all your staff at (Guildford) who work in Sainsburys Starbucks, who all provide a prompt service with excellent responses all round.
Now having worked in IT Management & many years in senior Service Delivery management positions, I really do notice talent & when I see Chole daily managing staff & tending customers’ requests so professionally it’s quite inspirational. What’s been impressive is her full understanding on all fronts & working so well with all around her.
Please do let Angela & Diana know that they are always so welcoming, everso receptive & very helpful, furthermore it's really noticeable the effort & kindness that Chole especially demonstrates, Chole is so understanding & supportive as I have disabilities & serve psychological issues & it's because of her attentiveness, that myself & many friends keep returning to Starbucks at Burpham, Guildford.
Furthermore, would like to complement Angela, Diana, Oliver, Jasmine & Samuel … who have all demonstrated excellent quality customer service, always providing efficient, quick, and friendly service to customers as well as building strong relationships with them. Every visit seeing them responding to customers' issues in time and handling any complaints swiftly, it’s really inspirational.

Not welcoming for non-white people
Lemme give you a gist of my recent experience. I always loved Starbucks for a drink. When people used to say it's overrated or it's not friendly for non-white people, I haven't given a thought why they're saying that. As usual on Thursday I went to Starbucks to get my usual and take a call (knowing that the closing time of that outlet is 19:00 and my call is at 18:00). Probably it's my fault to underestimate the timing, the call can last. The call turned out to be an interview with a group task session accordingly. The call was so important to me because I'm looking for a proper job and it's the stepping stone. The staff tried to throw me out because I was sitting in a corner disturbing no one taking the call, probably, it might be my fault to think @starbucks will be accommodating or understanding. I was literally having my mental breakdown inside because of what's happening at that moment. I don't want to say that to the interviewer that I can't complete this interview because the cafe people are kicking me out. I tried to plead the staff by writing sorry, please and whatever they should know at that moment on a paper. The guy didn't care. I even joined my hands🙏 and pleaded with him not to do this to me now, by covering myself from the call and by being live on the call. Even though he didn't care and told me that if I don't leave he'll call the POLICE and start acting all impatient and frustrated by throwing his apron and mouthing. At that very moment my entire body became cold and I felt that in my bones. I know it's my fault to attend an important call in a cafe which is not friendly for non-white people. Just imagine someone's on a teams call taking your interview and you're constantly bothered by the staff asking you to leave and you had to pick up your back, puffer, phone and your laptop in hand while on live meeting and moving/walking down stairs to be seated in place which is not a ideal situation to be in, right! But I think they can show a little compassion on the person's situation. As I'm not disturbing or making anyone uncomfortable, I shouldn't be treated like a barbarian. Never entering that particular Starbucks ever. Never going to have a drink from Starbucks. Never recommending Starbucks to anyone. Thank you Starbucks.
This was a tired little coffee shop…
This was a tired little coffee shop with the usual menu. I chose a bacon butty and there was plenty of bacon on it and it was VERY hot (if rather flat) when it came back to me. The barista had made a point of offering sauce and I chose ketchup, but no sauce appeared.

Mel and Siz are the heart of my Starbucks visits. Their warm personalities and skillful coffee-making always brighten my day. They consistently provide top-notch service!
Unacceptable behaviour to loyal customers
This review is related to Starbucks in Winchmore Hill - in Sainsbury to the person with name Ellie with strong accent. You should never serve customers again! Your rudeness and disrespect to me - loyal customer who comes for years on a daily basis and spent money in the store all the time - you are the most unfriendly person from the whole staff. Your bad attitude towards customers and also your colleagues is unacceptable!!! You should represent the company and instead what you do on a regular basis is pushing people away and not to come back! You lost 3 customers I am aware of in April 24 because of you and your attitude and after today’s experience with you again I will not spent my money there anymore. You lost another customer! Shame of you Sturbucks that you employ and keep such individuals! Good luck

I have been a regular customer at Hammersmith Kingstreet branch for around one year ( daily ) and the staffs who regularly serviced me include Andy and Iaonnis and they are very polite and welcoming.
The customer service is excellent and time efficient.
They deserve five stars rating.
Rude scruffy dirty staff
Rude scruffy dirty staff, rudest server I have ever come across needs a career change going nowhere humans are involved, why have an attitude like that be ashamed if that was my daughter, filthy restaurant 9 out 11 tables disgusting had to clean my own table. This was the 2nd time we have visited this coffee shop and its the 2nd time it was filthy. A coffee shop run by irresponsible kids far too lazy to clean up but quick enough to take a break when a friend turns up. What's the point in asking for a name to go on the cup when they only slam the drink on the counter. Food hygiene 5 give me a break -5 a35 Axminster, will never use Starbucks anywhere in this country looking forward to Costa Coffee any day of the week.

The quality and ambiance of Starbucks has contributed to go on a downward spiral. Not the best tasting coffee out there service is at best average. Staff just seem to be going through the motions now my last choice coffee shop.

Often stop for coffee on long commute or working away. Staff are usually fab. Coffee decent enough, and great you can specify how you want it. My big bug bear is cleanliness. The staff have to clean and serve and seem to have to clean the toilets. This is very hit and miss depending on who is working. I can now predict how clean the toilet will be from who is working. This needs standardising. Staff need clear instructions how to clean the bathrooms thoroughly and there needs to be enough staffing and enough PAID time for them to do it. Or better still, employ actual cleaners.
