New store Pavilions -Appalling
Went into the new store in pavilions swords. 17 of the 20 seats were occupied by students doing their homework. Asked the two staff who were chilling out and having a good chat if seating was for customers or school kids some of whom had not ordered and had the tables covered with their books. Bluntly told that they might buy something. Absolutely appallingly that as a paying customer I couldn’t sit in and enjoy a coffee . Would not recommend as a place to go for a coffee.

Hyejin was really Friendly and Efficient
Hyejin was really friendly and efficient at the same time, plus she prepared the best "chocolate coffee crunch frape" I have ever had in Dublin and in a fraction of the time that would have taken in a Starbucks from the city centre area. 10 stars service!
