I visited the Starbucks in Houndmills, Basingstoke, for a quick coffee. While the service was efficient, I left feeling disappointed. Many of the free tables were cluttered with used cups and dishes, and even the empty ones were not clean. The overall atmosphere conveyed a sense of neglect regarding cleanliness and tidiness, making it an unpleasant experience to enjoy my coffee amidst such surroundings. Despite requesting my coffee for here, I was offered it in a takeaway cup.

Starbucks Kings Cross, awful customer service! I’ll stick with Costa in future.

Very disappointed in the new Starbucks at Barnton. As read in a previous comment the standards are very low. Dirty tables, sugar spilt all over serving station, outside bins full and staff that seemed more interested standing about doing nothing than keeping the place clean. We asked for the outside bins to be emptied as they were overflowing and we couldn’t put our cups in and the reply was just bring your cups inside! The girl with the long curly hair seemed so disinterested and then annoyed that we had asked. Won’t be revisiting.

Morning coffee at Lincoln High Street Starbucks. My regular Venti Americano with steamed oatmilk on the side, served to perfection, so I can adjust to taste as I drink it. One of life’s pleasures. Kudos to Starbucks for not changing extra for non dairy - caring for those of us with intolerances, thank you.
Excellent service from the baristas Harry and Cassey, on a very busy morning. Also collected my new Venti mug and freshly ground expresso bean blend. I will be enjoying this at home.
Looking forward to my next visit in the future 😁

Dirty, tables full of cups, food waste and mcdonals wrappers/ containers and there was nobody in there otherthan the 2 members of staff.

Starbucks in Barnton Edinburgh; gorgeous location inside and out. Staff are shocking! Slow, discussing personal issues with each other instead of serving. Outside is very pleasant but tables are seldom cleaned and rubbish bin is overflowing - for 3 days in a row now. Very disappointed......
Suggest finding staff that actually care about customer experience. One young lady with long flowing hair whilst making an iced drink makes me cringe!

Starbucks in Prague airport has good service but the capuchino coffee was mostly milk and very weak taste of coffee. Too expensive for getting mostly milk instead of coffee.

Great coffee but average service despite it being such a new store. I ordered warm food which was served at least 5 mins before my coffee was made and the store was practically empty so they weren’t under any pressure. I think there was about 4 young ladies working, I say working, 1 was working and the other 3 were just mucking about and gossiping at the back of the store. Some pluses, it was very clean, plenty of parking and good coffee. Shame there wasn’t any EV chargers and I would sum up by saying that I would revisit but not order food and use the drive through instead and if there was a Costa I’d go there. A shame considering it’s such a new store you’d expect the service would be spot on with recent training and recruitment.

Complained and blamed.
Complained through the website about constantly wrong drinks (despite the ingredients/amounts being in black and white on the cup) and got a response basically saying that it was on me for not reporting it to the staff at the time.
For starters i don't have the confidence to be confrontational. And secondly if I've driven home to realise its crap why on earth would i waste more petrol and more money to drive back there?!?! How about you re-train your staff and care about your standards instead of putting your mistakes onto the customer.

if it was possible i would give this a zero, but it’s not so i give it a one. Went to south mimms services and It always shows as open until 10pm, it is currently 7:54 and it is closed. I specifically come to this one because it is a drive through and at least the past 5 times i have come it has been shut. i am appalled at the standards of this establishment and how they lie to their customers about their opening times. As a gold member of this app, this is a disgrace. Will not be back.

Ordered my coffee to takeaway. Average service not good not bad. Waited on my coffee a few in front of me.

Coffee orders were placed at checkout mine included. However no notification verbally that mine had been placed on counter. It wasnt until everyone else had picked their orders up that a solitary coffee was.left. I had to open it to check it was mine.
I live in the village this outlet is based and this was my first time there as I don't normally visit coffee outlets. However my experience left me feeling very underwhelmed and probably wont be returning.

Such a shame as on my daily walking route. Might have made this a regular stop.

Baristas always missing.g half the order, don't seem to.unde4stamd what no syrup or other additions mean. Tried Starbucks Raynes Park again today, nothing seems to have improved

Visited Kempston branch yesterday. Staff were very busy with drive throughs, so were understandably behind with clearing tables. But the team were lovely. Amy was friendly, calm and patient with my slowness at using app, and later was happy to organise some coffee grounds for me for my garden!

today i order for coffee cappacino staff name SuKi. normal tap water . she said sorry i cant give you tab free water even you order. from us.
this is for customer.
i said m also customrr order cafee. but she refuse me. you have to buy only cold water without any reason.
this is not good behaviour or professionalism.
and from today i am leaving your statbucks.

I regularly visit the Starbucks store on the A1 North at South Witham. The team there at the moment are excellent- John and Joe especially friendly helpful and professional. All the staff make the visit pleasurable.

I have been going to store on 72nd and Broward blvd for 25 years. I live across the street from store on golf course. I was one of the first customers 25 years ago. It was once the best store in Florida I thought. Now. I will NEVER go back. From the mgmt to the employees. It’s atrocious !!! Rude. , Millennial staff anywhere. I frequent stores all over the United States. Never again. !!!
Have an employee banned. Lola. The rudest kid I have ever seen. !!! She should be ruminated on the spot. Talk about rude person.

Friendly staff and service. The food, more of a problem however.

Regarding a Signature Breakfast Sandwich - I’d be gutted if I had paid £2 let alone £5.60 (!) for the smallest bun which looked (and tasted) like it had been put through an air fryer three times. A rather poor signature! Starbucks leading the way to heart disease, you can do better!

Resolve? My money back? I have photo evidence of required.

Nottingham Starbucks across from the train station always give exceptional-and courteous service while remembering what a regular customer drinks and providing a clean and welcoming space you really couldn’t ask for anything else. I’d like to say a special thank you to Shanice and Simon as they always go the extra mile in connection!
