Ordered two capochinos at Keele service station on m6 , the coffee was weak and they charged me 5p for a sprinkle of chocolate , will never visit Starbucks again

Unfortunately it went wrong from the beginning of the person taking my order. I was the only person being served, yet I felt very pressured in making my choices.
Then when my drinks were ready before my food in takeaway cups when I’d clearly said I’m eating in, I felt like it was my fault by asking him to change them into china cups and didn’t appreciate his argumentative attitude.

Andres from the Great Portland street branch makes the best coffee ever.

Been having Starbucks and go to for years! Since the point system changed making you spend another £100 (250 total) to keep gold! No more and going to go Costa! Even Nero point system is better value for customer!

Sehr Teuer ist Im Starbucks nur Mineralwasser zu trinken. Am Frankfurt HBF war ich sehr durstig am letzten Mittwoch. Der Verkäufer konnte kein Deutsch sprechen und für 0,75 L Volvic sollte ich 4,75€ zahlen. Hammer!

Starbucks headrow been a few times it's like they don't want to be there. Coffee in a takeout Even thought i was sat in .

I love the Starbucks at Ryhope Sunderland, I live over the water and the Castletown Starbucks is much closer but I travel to the Ryhope shop , great staff and service from gabby , em and Emily , infact em should be a manager to be honest

As a writer I tend to spend a lot of my time in coffee shops and cafes and the one that stands out in a good way is Starbucks especially my local branch which is Stevenage as the staff are always helpful and friendly. I was lucky enough to try out some of there new baked in store pastries that I must say are top notch. The croissant is so good that it reminds me of visiting french relatives when I was a small boy and the apple cinnamon swirl is absolutely perfect with soft pastry and sweet apple . So if you get a chance while in a branch of Starbucks make sure to have yourself a fresh baked in store pastry .

Fantastic staff- particularly Fozol - was at the handover point, and Sejib who was on the till point.

Sejib, lovely welcoming smile, wonderful manners and patience, a real gentleman.

Fozol, manages no matter how busy it is. He just gets on with it and is super confident and organised.

Thank you for a lovely atmosphere and great staff, young people who are a credit to themselves and their families.

Thought i would try instead of my normal costa, Not even close to the standards of my local costa. System to order with name then collect is very cold and conveyor belt ish ,very much like Macs, they want you in and through quickly. Going for a coffee if sitting in should be relaxing, watching it being made then handed over on a tray with your order, Not with your name shouted for collection at the end of the counter!. Not very welcoming or relaxing at all and felt more like a production line than a place to sit and relax with a good coffee, Costa have it right.

I went to the Starbucks at Alphington Rd, Exeter EX2 8JD. I ordered my iced brown sugar shaken espresso with little ice, and extra shot with topped up with oat milk. The staff here were so rude and would not top up my drink with oat milk. Now it tastes too strong, it's not drinkable and I'm having to purchase oat milk from a shop at an additional cost of £1.70 to top up my drink. This has never happened before, whenever I've order this drink at other Starbucks they have always been happy to top up my drink with oat milk. I spend thousands of pounds a year at Starbucks and have been a Gold member for a couple years now, I'm disappointed in this service I've received today. The staff need training in customer service.

I parked to place an online order at Starbucks but the items were out of stock, so I left within 7 minutes. A few days later, I received a £100 Parking Charge Notice claiming I was not a customer.

Even though I stayed less than 10 minutes and never left the site, Starbucks’ parking company rejected my appeal and said that because I did not complete a purchase, I am not considered a “customer.”

So effectively, if you come here, try to order, find items unavailable and leave – you risk being hit with a parking fine.

This doesn’t feel like a fair way to treat people who are genuinely trying to use the store.

Untidy scruffy cafe, no gluten free options, only the men's toilet in operation which had no toilet paper. Decaf americano tasted really bitter. Total lack of care and customer service

Have just visited Starbucks at Hopwood services and found it was filthy!
Most probably used as a drive thru, but honestly I’ve never seen a Starbucks so dirty before

Very disappointed with the service and the staff. They scanned my app and took 1000 stars although i said I dont want to use my stars . They said we did not take your stars and made me pay for the drinks. Then made me the wrong drink. Ended up sending emails but with no result. I am very disappointed and will stop buying from starbucks although it is the closest to my work.

My fave place for a caffeine hit about 3 times per week. All staff are cheerful, friendly ~ it's a great environment to relax in. I have not found this kind of service ANYWHERE else.

I know no one likes their job but miserable staff who serve people is just stupid. Order has been wrong last two times. That’s not what I ordered is replied to with a tut then close the window on me. No card board sleeve? No we don’t have any again window closed before I could ask for another cup to put it in. How is it my fault you work at Starbucks?

I visited Starbucks at Stansted airport on 30\07\25
We have just received photographic evidence that we stayed in the car park for 29 minutes. Just time to enjoy our coffees!
The signs clearly say that it is a "Pay by Phone" car park but the first 60 minutes is free. As I say, they have sent photos of our car entering and leaving after 29 minutes along with a parking charge notice for £100 which reduces to £60 if I pay within 14 days (eight days already gone from the date of the letter)
THIS IS A PARKING SCAM, my advice is not to enter this car park.
Guess how much coffee I will buy from Starbucks in the future????

Birmingham Airport since Starbucks took over from Costa the service is absolutely awful. There is a definite need for more staff or a rethink of organisation. Far too many drink selections that take an age to make , 20 minutes wait times are unacceptable when you have to go to the departure gates. Bring back Costa all is forgiven!
