Our car broke down on Christmas day at Birchanger Serves and the staff at Starbucks drive through were wondeful and helped my wife after she had a medical episode and allowed us to stay in the warm until help arrived .we did buy coffee that was nice but we would like to give a big thank you to all of the staff there.

I would leave no stars if possible. Slow service. Filthy toilets. I wouldn't ever visit here again.

In starbucks, within sainsburys at holywood exchange, belfast. The staff supervisor refused to accept my partner's student ID as a valid form of ID for student discount, even though staff had accepted student ID many times before. She insisted the unidays app was the only option. On a quick lunch break we didn't have time to download and sign up. Starbucks with so much signage should do better to communicate that it doesn't accept a student id card as a valid format. Normally our customer experience here is lovely but the actual supervisor was abrupt and we came away feeling embarrassed as this played out in a busy Christmas queue.

I would just like to say how pleased with Natalie in your Fort Kinnaird store in Edinburgh she was so nice and pleasant to me and very efficient at her job she is a great asset for Starbucks

Visited Knightsbridge store last week and ordered a hot chocolate (without cream) and a latte with almond milk.
Despite the labels clearly saying no cream, and almond milk, the barista ignored the instructions completely.. she looked at me like I was a hinderance when I asked if she’d just put cream on the hot chocolate, asking “don’t you want cream???” Before pulling a face and making another without cream.
It was clear that it was dairy milk when I came to taste my latte as well. Can’t they read, or do they not care about people with allergies and intolerance?

We went in Starbucks today brought our drinks and then a member of staff came and said we are closing at six ,it was 5.53 pm so my daughter got up to go to the toilets with a six week old baby to change her to be told she can’t use the toilets because we’ve cleaned them but you are still selling drinks so surely your toilets should be open he would not let us use them .inthink this is unexcepable with a six week old baby.they didn’t say they were closing when they took £16 off us for drinks ,i am going to take this complaint further

Idk. Stopped by the Starbucks on Old Brompton Road near Earl’s Court for a quick coffee. It did the job, but it wasn’t anything special.... the queue moved a bit slowly and the place felt a little hectic. My drink was fine and the staff were polite, just not the quickest. Handy spot if you’re in the area and need something familiar, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

M4 westbound at Membury. Absolutely atrocious service from the manager at Starbucks westbound, Membury. Food inedible, the manager did not care. As a result Starbucks will no longer have my custom.

I recently had to use the loo in Starbucks, Davyhulme Circle, when I noticed a working camera in the toilet cubicle-it has only recently been put there. I have voiced my opinions to the complaints department of Starbucks and we’ll have to wait for a response-Meanwhile thousands of people may use Starbucks Toilets! 🤬

Didn’t taste it or look at it till in the car and it got tipped in the street

All weak and milky with no froth and tastes like no coffee I have ever tried

Customer service = 0
Always have filter coffee & normally get a free refill. However, today they wanted to charge me because they'd "run out" of filter coffee. Not a coffee shop if it doesn't have coffee & servers attitude was a complete joke. Should NEVER be employed in a customer facing industry in my opinion.

Charlie was great, he was welcoming polite and friendly. The lady who served my drink was polite as well. Now, the cleanlisess… dust everywhere around the seating area… I don’t mean a bit, I mean A lot… not been cleaned in months. I was sat there for a good few hours and not once were the tables or counter tops cleaned down once!!!

I was served by a lovely polite, cheerfull man called George. In the melksham Starbucks The person I support was feeling down before entering and left with a smile some times the small things go a long way. Keep being cheerful thank you a credit to the company

Staff very grumpy, i asked for spoon, she handed me wooden spoon for a drink in cup, I asked for a silver spoon and she didn't even talked with me, just shaked her head, was more interested talking with her colleague and looking at me strangely, like I asked for i don't know what?

Forgot my half my order, laughed about customer's asking for a cup

I came into starbucks Rickmansworth this morning at 8 15 am and was aghast at the amount of school children sitting around taking up I guess 9 out of ten tables without a drink between them
THE STAFF need to on top of this and move them on as it's not for me as a customer to say anything
This is very off putting for customers who are now avoiding going here and going to Nero or Costas instead
Please action this as until it changes I won't be coming back

I have just been in to the Rickmansworth Starbucks. There were 20 school children in there, taking up chairs and tables. Not eating or drinking. Just literally hanging out. It's 8.24 in the morning. There was only 2 other tables with other people like ourselves. It really is a put off when you come for a quiet coffee. If they were eating and drinking then that's fine. They were not though and I have seen this before. It's not a one off.. oh as I am writing even more have come. It is not a school waiting room !!!!

One simple thing to get right. I bought a croissant for breakfast, about 7:30am. It was inedible. Obviously kept from overnight but so stale I couldn't eat it. Unfortunately I was back in the car so couldn't take it back. It was my first time in Starbucks for an age. I don't think I'll be going back

Service was extremely slow that drinks were pathetic and also I saw them taking the Mick out of some young kids

Service was quick and friendly at Basingstoke station
