Well……. How to put this without being rude.
It went from bad to worse. Never again!!

First impressions on entering the cafe were shocking. Almost all the tables were littered with dirty crockery, and the tables were dirty. The floor was filthy with food everywhere. The young girls behind the counter all just talking to each other and ignoring the state of the place. If my elderly ill mum hadn’t needed a drink urgently we’d have walked straight out again.

Ordered two small Americanos and a cheese and ham toastie.
The coffees were presented in huge cups. I queried why as I’d asked for small ones. Was told the order had gone through as medium and that’s what I’d been charged for. Reminded them that I’d asked for small. After trying to argue with me they grudgingly threw the coffees away, refund me and started again. Love to know how many others they routinely overcharge like this who don’t notice!

Replacement coffees came out in the right size cups but had no milk. Wasn’t told you had to do that yourself. Mugs were filled to the brim so no way to get milk in so asked them to pour some of the coffee out of the mugs. Went to the tray for milk and the jug was empty. Back to counter to have the jug refilled. Still unable to get enough milk in as coffee too strong so back to the counter to have yet more coffee poured down the sink.
Eventually got that sorted and sat down after about 10 minutes.

Toastie arrived a bit later. The dictionary meaning of ‘Toastie’ is “a toasted sandwich or snack”. This bore absolutely no resemblance to a toastie whatsoever; it was basically a warm sandwich with a cheesy topping which had been bunged in the microwave. I wouldn’t have minded so much if it tasted nice but it was absolutely disgusting.

After we’d been in the store for half an hour one girl eventually started clearing a few tables.

The ONLY good thing I can say about this store was that the hot water in the toilet was actually hot.

I had to give one star only because there was no option to give Zero

Would not set foot in this store again, especially when there is lovely, clean, welcoming Costa round the corner with friendly obliging staff.

Very disappointed with the service at Apollo Park, Warrington. Went inside for food and hot drinks. When paying I requested for our drinks to be made after we’ve eaten as the hot drinks go cold. I asked is it ok to come back and ask for the drinks when ready. That’s ok, whilst eating they had made our drinks. I explained what I requested and the barista said he’d re-make them. Made our drinks but put them in takeaway cups, I asked for normal cups to be told they were in the dishwasher. Well our drinks were lukewarm and were no better than a forecourt coffee. Won’t be wasting our money again in here.

Im getting fed up now. I’ve been in starbucks at swadlincote in the last 3 weeks and they have no skinny milk. So I give up now and i go in costa over the road. Very disappointing

I went to the Milton Keynes Central branch of Starbucks, next to the train station today. The floor where I sat needed a clean and the seat next to me likewise. I appreciate the staff can be busy. As for the staff, they weren’t exactly friendly. I actually took my mug back and said “thanks”. They just looked at me and carried on their conversation. I should have just left my mug at the table like many do.
3 stars as the coffee was good, but for nearly £7 it should be.

I have been using a reusable cup to reduce the amount of plastic I use. However, for some unfathomable reason, Starbucks prints out a sticky label to put on the reusable cup. I expressly asked not to do that and it was still done. Seriously Starbucks, your coffee isn't that great, if you can't even see how you shouldn't add more plastic, what's the point of you any more

I ordered just a bacon sandwich with ketchup. When I got it, it said on the box ketchup and brown sauce, there was no ketchup and by that point I had already driven off and had to drive back, I got my ketchup and had a bite of the sandwich and it was absolutely desgusting. Never going to Starbucks again

Came to the barrhead retail park branch. I explained that I had an allergy to dairy nothing was explained to me regarding the process in making my drink I was not shown the allergens tablet it was also not explained that any of the utensils would be cleaned

Starbucks, Kirkcaldy in Next store. Staff were so efficient. Very busy morning coffee time but team worked seamlessly and efficiently. Even had one of the staff reserving tables for those in the queue - a huge bonus when on your own.

The prices are ridiculous! Visited Maylands, Hemel Hempstead. £8.30 for a tea and a basic hot chocolate. Should’ve gone to Greggs a few doors down.

Morgan in the Newport store is an absolute joy and a credit to the shop. Full of festive cheer and really made my day!

Over £3 for a small take away cup of tasteless tea. Disgraceful. Can’t believe they don’t do decaf. Not that I think it would make any difference. Won’t be back

Dreadful service, five girls playing behind the counter. Waited 10mins for a latte to drink in, finally got it in a takeaway cup. Three of the five standing doing nothing with a queue of people waiting to be served.

We have been going to the Bermuda Park branch for the past few years. All I can say is the service is getting very poor. And the level of customer service and quality of product has reduced rapidly over the last couple of months. I think we will be going back to another brand if the decline continues any further

Went to get my pink drink with white foam and unfortunately, the lady gave me wrong order

I only visit Starbucks when I am in Hitchin. The price goes up almost every time I visit whilst the staff are consistently surly. Today The staff member actively scowled at me for no reason and asked if I wanted cream which I said no thank you. Then the next staff member who looked even more miserable served me a drink topped with cream. I then explained I didn't want it and the speed in giving me replacement could only be explained by her scraping it off. I won't be going again.

My gripe is Stansted Starbucks with a well documented parking company that fine you if you try to visit when the store is closed, I drove in to the shared carpark, store was closed so I grabbed a mcdonalds coffee and got a charge of £100, disgusting avoid this store

Popped into Buttington brand new Starbucks shop on our way home to Devon , as we were travelling through and as the store was not officially open, we were treated to free coffee , for training purposes, really friendly staff , lovely decor and and coffees were spot on, so thank you and best of luck to the new team.
