They scammed me for $70. Once I paid, an "expert" called saying theres an issue, the assessment is being tracked and would need $250 deposit (company policy, their favorite word) in order to move forward. I obviously said no and asked for a refund. After several tries, a person contacted me and said in order to move forward with the refund, I would need to pay them $80 extra (company policy - although the website says money back guarantee) in order to recieve the full $150 refund back. Made no sense and the guy had a strong middle eastern accent so they are most likely over seas.

They take your money and if you request a refund they ask for more money. If you don't pay they threaten to report you to your university. It's a blackmail scheme. The only positive comments came on consecutive days. They're probably from friends or family. Stay away from them.

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS they will make to send them money and your information and they will ask for more money, and if you don’t send them money they will blackmail you. I know many people that got scammed by them before. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY ARE SCAMMERS

scammer dont believe them . They reply fast if you paid them talk about refund they will be slow replying you back and wont get your money back beware of this scammer. I currently experience this issue they ignoring my problem and a lot of phone number are unavailable to contact
