Has not been sent
Has not been sent. It is over 30 business days. I work 12 hour shifts, and now instead of going home I have to show up to some random place and ask for a letter of delay before my job stops scheduling me, because my permit is not here. I will probably have to purchase another one. Which I don't look forward to. I sure hope the next one shows up, sorry for being such a meanie, I'm so tired of this.

Sicily- we're sorry you haven't received your Utah Food Handler card. If you do not receive your permit within 30 days, please contact the Salt Lake Valley Health Department at (385) 468-4100.

I did learn things I didn't know before…

As a gold standard training and testing.
As a former teacher turned lawyer, i can say excellent teaching format while accentuating the safety and probably legal aspects of being a food handler.
Also, very quick response to one issue that was entirely my fault. Great job!

I’m happy to have taken this test
I’m happy to have taken this test. My certificate had expired in April so I needed to take the test again. It just helped me keep in touch with all that I knew already.

I love how I was able to converse with a live person!!! It was Anne tonight, she answered all of my questions and it was very fast...to me this conversation went better than any of my bank accounts and other accounts that I have conversed with and not gotten any immediate response back from them.
