Payed £100 to one of the employees.with intentions of going to our lodge day after.
I got up early Sunday morning to pack knowing my Autistic son would be so excited to then learn this wasn’t going to be.
I’ve been exchanging emails with a poor English speaking Manager who offered us a stay for more than we usually pay!
The refund still hasn’t arrived! Surprise Surprise!
The upset and stress this has caused not only my husband Myself but my son who saw his case getting packed then unpacked
I’ve never had to experience this behaviour or bad management who hasn’t got a clue on what they doing
I’ve come to conclusion she doesn’t have children of her own and certainly don’t understand Autism

We booked a holiday in April in Cornwall and it was confirmed and we emailed each other and they said they are waiting for us.By the end of June we received a call asking if we are still coming.To which we said yes.30 minutes later we received a text from Airbnb saying that your host cancelled your holiday.We rang Staycation again and the guy said that they made mistake with pricing.And that was it.Very sorry and nothing else.It is very sad because we can't afford to go holiday with a prices in June.And thats why we bought our holiday earlier.So my experience with them is very bad.And very said they did't offer any help just did refund without looking at the thing that a prices are totally different in end of June then in beginning of April.Good luck to everyone and let's just hope your holiday will not get cancelled

Just returned from a wonderful weeks holiday at the Dyffryn Estate seaside village. Caravan was immaculate and beautifully presented throughout even down to the free gifts on arrival. I can’t stress enough how great everything was and a very well done and thank you to John and family. Will definitely be booking again for next year.

From start to finish our stay was excellent. The communication was fantastic throughout and we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend staycation for your next holidays!

My friends and I spent one glorious week at Rosemundy, and most definitely created some lasting memories. The house itself is stunning, and equipped with everything we needed and then some during our stay. It's well situated in a cute town filled with galleries, pubs, coffee shops and the like. We went on stunning coastal hikes (I still can't get over how gorgeous this slice of the world is), ate fish and chips on the beach, and truly had an unfortgetable week. We'd all happily recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Arrived at a clean and well presented barn. Done nice touched to make us welcome and start our holiday. Charles was very helpful when we needed assistance finding the place as a sign had been removed. Only thing that could have been improved in extra towels. One bath towel each for the week wasn't ideal. Would highly recommend and use them again

The lodge is beautifully situated right on the lake and almost next to the activity centre/restaurant. Downstairs opens up to the decking with huge bifold doors, to maximise the fantastic daylight. The star is definitely the hot tub, which we relaxed in every day - what a luxury! Three bedrooms upstairs, although the only room that has any decent storage is the master, but it didn’t matter to us as we were only two in the house. The kitchen is very well equipped and the whole house has a very high-end finish (although we noticed some possible water damage/warping on the floor under one of the sofas). The downstairs area could also do with some kind of blind to keep out the late afternoon sun, as it comes directly into the room and it gets very hot. That’s my only suggestion for improvement, we had an absolutely spectacular stay. The nearby village of South Cerney is also a lovely place to walk, as is the town of Cirencester and the various disused canals and National Trust properties.

Casa, grande, dotata di tuti i confort (frigor un po' piccolo), immersa nel verde della campagna inglese. Appena fuori dal cortile c'è anche la possibilità di acquistare prodotti del contadino (uova, succhi .... ).

Purtroppo abbiamo trovato la casa all'interno non molto pulita, qualche ragno e ragnatela di troppo. Un po' trascurata.

Great location in an idyllic surroundings with access to orchards and berries farms. Cafe and shop onsite was very convenient indeed.

· This is a wonderful place to take a break from busy city life and enjoy the best of what countryside could offer. I am struggling to find anything that we didn't like but my hubby struggled with shower as it wasn't large enough for him but we did have a option for bath. TV never worked as there were no batteries in the remote but that was blessing in disguise as we kept the little one away from the Tele during our stay.

I recently hired out Kingsley Paddocks for my Sister's Hen weekend. From the start Charles was so accommodating and very easy to contact regarding our stay.

He let us check in 2hours earlier to decorate the house, met us at the property, promptly answered any queries we had via email (even at 7am), sorted out any minor problem we had during our stay and left us with a large hamper of treats including 4 bottles of prosecco!

Prior to arrival we had a detailed description of the property including local restautants, walks and in house catering details.

The properly was fabulous for our weekend and the views breath taking!

I was contacted on the day of departure to return my deposit which was promptly returned to me!

It couldn't have gone any better and THANK YOU!

Will definitely be recommending Staycation to all my friends.

Excellent service and the property was first class

We found the whole experience to be very positive. It was a lovely cottage in a lovely location. The booking process was easy too !

Great Cornish weather too....

Our stay in Cornwall was perfect. House was amaizing and Charles made everything easy.
We were allowed early check-in and there was a fab welcome basket with goodies and the essentials.
We could not have asked for more.

The Oaks in Church Strettam is a fine property within National Trust land that enjoys a superb garden and wonderful country walks literally on the doorstep. There are minor criticisms of the house needing simple maintenance to squeeky doors, sinks that do drain far too slowly,and Aga that that did not work and some beds being too short for 6ft adults.A warning on a step down to an en suite is also needed. The garden could have more child friendly facilities. Nevertheless, this was a superb spacious house and the arrangements by Staycation were efficient, effective and courteous.

Lovely place,house had everything you needed.Stunning position overlooking lake,hot tub was great,and weather was perfect .Great big gas barbeque-American style,outdoor table,seating and umbrella.The owner Kevin was great,nothing too much trouble,nice fresh baguette,butter and milk on arrival left by Kevin.Area was stunning,lovely walks all over connecting different lakes,village short walk.The brasserie/gym was a stones throw from the house,we only had coffee there and sat on the terrace,nice place and views over lake.Lots of places of interest out and about, most places dog friendly too.Kevin recommended places to visit ,eat etc. and lots of leaflets/guides in the house.We had a great week there and having use of the hot tub with such a view over lake and watching the water skiing activities was an added bonus.

Absolutely fantastic break away the perfect hub to enjoy the Cotswold. The view from the lodge is stunning, perfect to watch the sunset. We had two young children who loved the ducks coming for bread every morning. Can’t wait to book again!

Lovely hosts and a wonderful location. Great food at the café, a handy farm shop and walks on the doorstep – we will be back!

Very good company to deal with. I found Charles to be very responsive and helpful at all times.
