The sofa is very practical and easy to install (the delivery guys can install too but we asked them not to).
It has enough storage and a nice design.

We're so pleased with our new sofa bed, it's comfortable both as a sofa and a bed which is exactly what we were looking for, as it will be used regularly for both.
The customer service from Stay In Bed has been brilliant throughout, answering our email queries promptly with a quickly delivery and great communication.

From the start of our experience with Stayinbed we received excellent customer service. We ordered a few samples of fabric which arrived quickly and once we had made a choice were able to speak to a friendly ,knowledgeable and competent young lady who took and processed our order.
We were informed along the way that our bed was due to be delivered and advised to contact the delivery company to organise a delivery date. The only unfriendly person was the first point of contact with delivery company. I called to find out a little more information about the delivery process ie how far ahead would the delivery take place and could a slot be booked (morning, noon or evening) , I needed this to organise time off work to accept delivery. The person I spoke to was rather unfriendly and unhelpful. Subsequent contact with the company was quite different with helpful and friendly service.
Delivery of the bed was done expertly and within the time specified.
We love our bed . It is beautiful as a sofa, easy to change into a bed and is extremely comfortable. We sleep on it together with our two dogs and our cat with plenty of space to stretch out.
Would love to purchase some fitted sheets (we currently use extra depth king extra) and a sofa cover /throw for during the day to protect against grubby paws.
Overall we are extremely happy with our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stayinbed.

Really happy with my new sofa bed, looks good and is really comfy - guests have all said that they've had a really comfortable night sleep. The colour selection is great and delivery was great, and delivery didn't take too long as all, the set up service was perfect for us. All in all would definitely recommend.

Fantastic from start to finish. Timescale stuck to. Delivered with efficiency and two very knowledgeable and friendly staff who took great care, respected my other property and showed how to set up the sofa bed and on going care. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you

I bought the stayinbed sofa bed as it was a rare current sofa without a low back, and it turns into a king size bed. the mechanism is really easy and i’m generally really happy with it.

my only slight quibble is that it’s quite hard; you definitely don’t sink into it. but for the price it’s an excellent piece of furniture and my experience with ordering and delivery was all smooth.

the sofa is great! very comfy, the seat is wide enough to lay for a nap with no need to switch into bed.
you just pull it out to switch to bed, super easy! bed is decent side and comfortable.

We bought the Grayson corner sofa and it is amazing. So comfortable and easy to clean (we have a 3 year old!).

It was built and delivered in the timeframe given (3-4 weeks). The mechanisms are easy to use, the delivery guys were fab.

Only issue is that we weren't given a lot of selection of days and the delivery company is quite strict with keeping the sofa longer if the couple of days don't work meaning getting a fee for keeping it. Luckily this didn't apply for us and didn't take away from our experience or the product) but perhaps maybe look into whether the delivery slots can be done a little better?

The other thing is being told to call for a delivery slot. Shouldn't the company do that and call us? Or give us a link with the available slots? Found it a little frustrating as we didn't know for sure the sofa was coming till the day before.

Overall though the sofa is fabulous and I wouldn't hesitate recommending it.

The whole process was smooth and efficient. We love our sofabed, although we had ordered online without visiting a showroom we have no regrets. The sofabed is comfortable and looks great both as a bed and a sofa. Delivery was super professional, we had asked ahead about the size of the pieces the bed would arrive on as our home is a bit awkward to get through, and the delivery team were quick and efficient at taking the pieces apart and reassembling in situ. We really love our sofa bed thank you.

I asked for some fabric swatches which arrived quickly, I then ordered the Hugo sofa bed which arrived within the 5 week time slot they'd said. The delivery company were great too, arrived when they said they would and put the sofabed together for us in the room we wanted it in.
The colour, indigo blue is lovely and the sofabed fits in perfectly, it's firm but comfy and the bed mechanism is easy to use too. I'm really pleased , it's exactly what I was after, I little more expensive than I'd originally wanted but worth the money, esp with the guarantee too.

Ordering online was easy and straightforward. Email to confirm order. Received phone call to arrange delivery date earlier than expected which was a bonus. Received call on day confirming delivery time frame. Sofa was unwrapped, put together and packaging taken away.
It really is a beautiful sofa, material is lovely. Easy to pull out and arrange as a bed sofa. It’s easy enough to push back to being a sofa. Mostly importantly it’s comfortable to sleep on. Our son recently used it pet sitting while we were away. Him and the dog were very happy! Thank you.

Thank you to the company for responding, I'll edit for clarification:
My specific questions were regarding what wood is used for your sofas, what eco friendly certifications you have (your website lists oeko tex, but not if it's oeko tex 100, oeko tex made in green, etc), and whether the oeko tex testing is done before or after treating the fabric to make it waterproof etc.
To future customers: If you're just going for comfort, then definitely ignore my review and look to others who bought from them. If you're looking for an eco friendly sofa, the answers to my questions would be helpful to know.

I can't comment on the sofas themselves as I didn't make it to the buying stage.

I contacted their customer service team with questions about the material used in production. They were lovely and promised to pass on my question. A week passed. I emailed again, they assured me they were waiting for a response from the warehouse and would update me as soon as they had an answer for me.

That was approximately 2 months ago now. I gave up waiting and went with a different sofa company. A shame, because this company's ones look lovely. I suggest they find out the answers and share them transparently with their customers on their website to avoid losing out on future sales.

Order was dealt with within the timescale stated. The deliverers were helpful, prompt and efficient and demonstrated how to open and close up the bed, which was easy to do.

We are very pleased with the sofa bed, the colour, the style and the material used. As a settee we are happy with it. It is a little firm but this is not a negative.

We have not used it as a bed yet as we are awaiting our first overnight guests. However, all of us in the family have tried lying on it for periods of time and we all agree that it is comfortable.

Terrible delivery service. Ordered a bed from ‘stay in bed’ - the delivery company they use only deliver to my post code once per week on a Monday (does not tell you this when you make the order) do not work weekends and do not work bank holidays, plus only give a time slot of 7am to 4pm. I couldn’t do the first Monday slot they had due to work commitments and the second was a bank holiday, which they do not work. The third Monday they offered I could do but as this was 2 weeks later than the initial date they had available I had to pay an extra £180 in storage costs, even though the second Monday was a bank holiday and so no fault of mine that they couldn’t do that date. Buyers beware, the delivery company are awful !!!!

Excellent quality sofa, very comfortable to use. Fabric is nice although is a bit of a dust magnet so requires constant hoovering with handheld Hoover. Would have preferred more dark colour options in the same fabric. Mechanism easy to use & loads of storage. Would be great if they did a fitted sheet to match sofa when using as a bed. All in all I would highly recommend it's a fantastic sofa.

Easy to order, great that they send all fabric swatches for free. Sofa is slightly more tall and firmer than expected, so it may seem that when you're laid back your feet might not touch the ground. But overall an incredbile quality, i have never seen such a superb finish to to all stitches. and the velvet material is amazingly soft. One downside is you cannot control much when it gets delivered, you do get the option to speak with the delivery company, but I am lucky that I work from home and am available, but not sure otherwise how it would work.

Beautiful and comfortable sofa!
The burnt orange velvet is stunning, and has withstood crumbs and kids very well over the last couple of months. Whilst a bit more on the sturdy side, it's very comfortable nonetheless and the sofa bed is a dream. Delivery was friendly and swift, and the assembly service was great.
The team were also very accommodating when we asked to go and have a look at one of the sofas in their warehouse in Leicestershire, as I didn't feel comfortable spending this amount on a sofa without having seen and tested it. I can confirm that these sofas are definitely worth the money!
