Stay listed said they would build a web page for $200 before I decided on a contract. Told the salesman I was on my cell phone and couldn't read the agreement, but he said this was just for a web site design. They didn't fulfill the design and they want $ 2000 per contract. I filed a complaint with the New Mexico Department of Justice.

Jordan Duffy was really nice, and she knew exactly what she was doing when it came to helping me with my Google business profile problems. She was a big help, and I greatly appreciate her. Thank you again Jordan.

They made plenty of promises but never fulfill them it was all about the money it seem like in my opinion it is a scam and I'm going to report them to the BBB

Do not sign with staylisted company they are one of the biggest scam company in United States on the contract is mentioned that if you are not happy with the service they offer you can cancel any time. They charge your card even if you ask them to cancel your account. Be a were the only way to stop this scam is to contact your bank and request a new card. This company is one of the biggest scam of all scam companies in the world I’m not sure if they activate outside the United States bat they might come from outside the country. Don’t get involved wit STAYLISTED YOU LOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY . FROM LORD PLUMBING PLEASE ASK ME AND I CAN GAVE YOU THE PROFF DOCUMENTS ABOUT THE SCAMMER

Do no recommend. I wish I could rate this company higher. I had high hopes but I continue to be disappointed. Besides being ghosted, prior to this point, there is nothing to show for the money that I paid them. They did not post on our google page, which was the minimum advertising that was supposed to happen. Our assigned account rep didn't show up for scheduled meetings and didn't get back to me with requested information. Poor communication and no way to make changes. Buyer be ware.

Do not recommend, overcharge credit card four times in one month, design webpage was horrible competing with my own webpage.

i signed up for a 6 month term after the salesmen over the phone told me about how wonderful it is and about how much they could help me.

I got 3 leads over those entire 6 months, and i won 1 job worth less than $200. THREE LEADS IN SIX MONTHS!

There was also a complete lack of communication for THREE MONTHS! THREE MONTHS, i was promised at least monthly checks in for my agent to go over what they were doing and how i was ranking, that didn't happen.

My original agent got fired, and no one told me until i called in trying to contact her and she wasn't replying to my emails!

They did almost nothing, they provided a website that they give to everyone, which they just add your name too, filled with stock images and other generic information. and they didn't help me at all with my google business listing.

The will refuse a partial or full refund because of the insane contract they make you sign. STAY AWAY

I can back all of this up with email receipts of me asking for stuff.

I feel I was scammed and strongly discourage everyone from paying a lot of money for very little service and even less results. The sales pitch left me very excited and hopeful for building my home business into a moderate income to supplement my retirement. They promised a lot and delivered little. Communication and calls were infrequent and then nothing for a couple of months. But they did call me when they wanted to collect three months payments from me for zero calls and zero business from their 'work'. They threatened collections of I did not bring account to current (lapse was due to credit card replacement, but it was 3 months lapsed before they called about it). Then I was told I cannot cancel their services unless my account is caught up current. So since I cannot make the payment in one lump sum are they going to charge me another month and then another??? This is not a reputable company in my opinion and is run like a scam. Stay UN-listed for your $ sake.

What a scam, Jennifer is my account manager, she does not make the monthly status meetings. When she does she acts as though I work for her instead of Staylisted working for me. Today she is over two hours late for our meeting. Next month I will be able to cancel and plan to. In addition the website they built me is in fact hurting my SEO on Google and not bringing it up. Do Not waste you money on this scam.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I hired them to handle my marketing and build my website, but they completely failed to deliver what was promised. Communication was a constant struggle — every time I called, it felt like they didn’t understand me, and I couldn’t get clear answers or updates.

I tried multiple times to cancel the service due to the lack of results and poor experience, but it was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. On top of that, some of the interactions were rude and unprofessional, which made the whole situation even worse.

Overall, this has been a waste of time, money, and energy. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service.

Honestly, it’s a shame they use their talented people to screw people over. They put all their money into hiring scam artists and it worked on me that’s for sure. After being very excited after signing up, the communication got worse month by month. To almost zero communication and zero results. They got me for a lot of money - PLEASE NEW BUSINESS OWNERS - stay far away from them. The put the artist in scam artists.

This company is a scam. They did absolutely nothing to improve my on line visibility . After 2 years I finally canceled the credit card they charged. I called and told them to cancel my account. They said they were going to still charge me 100.00 a month for website maintenance. So I closed my website. Now they have some collection agency saying I owe them money. Please don't waste your money with them.

The service was horrible. Overpromised and underdelivered big time!! Charged me to do nothing the only thing i got from them was a website. They were very hard to get in contact with. Did nothing to move my business forward. Please do not work with them they are horrible. that is all. Worked with them for 5 months and didnt get not 1 job or any interaction with their help. Waste of money

They convinced me I would get listed up front with Google and would get calls as a result of this listing. I after a 6 months contract received not one call from any potential customers. I am starting to think that it is Google that is the problem. They require a large number of reviews for my business which is small and one job may take a month you can not get 4 or 5 reviews in a month. Because you may only have 2 in one month

I recently started working with Staylisted, and I’m extremely impressed with the Information george has handed out to me assisted me with appealing my Google Profile and got it running.

Been with the company for approximately month and a half and the work that has been done has been great, my account manager george has helped me throughout the whole process.
