WARNING! Our holiday went wrong from the very start, leaving us with serious, unexpected costs.
Contacted Staysure in writing weeks ago and originally by phone; got a curt response: "your NOT covered". What! They telephoned, and the lady constantly hid behind all of their clauses, refusing to pay out. All and any excuses NOT to honour their commitment to insurance. Just what do we pay insurance for?

Thank you for your review, I am sorry you are unhappy with us and your claims experience.
The claims team should have directed you to the section of the policy wording, showing where you are not covered.
My sincere apologies for the frustration and disappointment caused.
