Good service and value
We had very good customer service, both on the phone before the trip and when we were there with check-in and other interactions. The condo was nice and cozy. We upgraded to the two-bedroom and was perfect for our family of four (could have easily accommodated another 1-2 others on the sofa sleeper). Our beds were comfortable. Stayed nice & warm with both a gas fireplace and controllable electric heat in each room. Good value for the price.

Beaver Village Condos - great!
We rented a condo from the Beaver Village Condominiums and had a great unit, and great stay! We loved the unit 9-34. It was a very nicely decorated 2 bedroom unit with plenty of room for all of our ski stuff.
The kitchen was well equipped. We couldn't figure out how to light the BBQ grill though so were unable to use it.
Otherwise we loved our stay!

No hassle check in and very friendly. When I dropped off the keys though I explained that the heat was working again and that there was no dishwasher soap in the house. She seemed uninterested and didn't even thank me.

I gave three stars because we left a bag at the room and you were helpful to ship it back. We stayed in high country Hays 2121. That placed was so outdated it should be against the law to put a place like that on a rental. We were there three nights and barely slept. The master bed was hands down the word bed anyone should have to sleep on. The carpet is laid down on a floor with what felt like holes in it. I guess some people wouldn’t care about these things but for this price in steamboat we would be staying in a much cozier place and right on the mountain. Anyway we gave winter park a chance but doubt we would come back at this point because there is better value/quality at other resorts.

Dated & Short on Amenities
Our 1 bedroom condo was very dated, so it didn't feel clean. The pull out bed was disgusting. Our kids are 7 & 11 and the 1 bedroom was too small for us. Even though wifi and fireplace were part of the online rental description, ours did not have either amenity. The rec center was the saving grace, so instead of hanging out in the condo, we spent most of our down time there. We chose Hi Country Haus because of the price and since it was last-minute, we didn't have many other options. We'll know to plan further ahead next time.

When you book through a third party such as Expedia, the information provided through them have to be as general as possible, and just refer to unit type and not specific units or guest request. Since most of the units at Hi Country Haus do have WIFI and fireplace, the description in third party website is general. We would appreciate if you book directly through StayWinterPark next time so our reservation staff can address any request and tailored your reservation to your special needs. Also know that we offer price match and/or special discounts for return guest.
Besides, please rest assured we have addressed your comments about the specific unit you have stayed with our homeowner liason team so we can share any improvements needed on the specific unit with the owner.

Great customer service
I spoke to a rep via the Chat feature online and she was able to find an option for me that wasn't visible to me online (due to minimum stay requirements for the weekend I was planning to visit). She was very willing to help and explain everything to me. I'd definitely recommend Stay Winter Park!

Nice Space, Needs to TLC
The space was nice, but there were some maintenance issues. Closet doors falling out of tracks and no hooks to hang wet jackets, snow pants, mittens, etc. The kitchen wasn't as well stocked with cooking/serving dishes as I would have expected. But the beds were comfortable and the sleeping arrangements gave a reasonable amount of privacy. It was certainly reasonable accommodation for the price.

The condo we rented didn't have the…
The condo we rented didn't have the heat turned up when we arrived late at night. The baseboard heat took all night and the next day to heat up the two floors. Normally not a big deal, but I have cancer and am always cold. The condo was nice and not overpriced.

Previous management was much better
Poor service compared to previous management company, less flexibility and less maintenance. Billed us 800 dollars in error without informing us and argued over refunding it - it was refunded but only after much stress.
