Claire was fantastic, always available when we needed her, nothing was too much. Getting a mortgage is stressful but she took all the weight off our shoulders, a few properties fell through and there were set backs but she really kept us motivated to keep going. Katie has been exceptional from start to finish. She has been incredibly thorough and efficient and walked me through the entire process of securing a mortgage for my first home. She answered all of my questions and made herself available when needed. No question was a stupid question and I cannot thank her enough for making it all so easy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 star service.

I originally had to use Mark for an updated mortgage capacity report . He was very communicative and made me feel comfortable sharing such personal information with a complete stranger. The report was prompt and at a reasonable cost and delivered to forward to the courts in time.

A couple of months later I had to update the report again and to go through the information again. He knew what needed updating and once again the report was delivered very promptly.

I would recommend Mark very highly and will use him again in the future for any mortgage applications.

We’ve worked with Maria at St Barts twice now for our mortgages, and once again she has been fantastic. She kept us updated every step of the way and worked so hard to find us the best rate possible.

Charlotte was amazing from start to finish. I had an original mortgage offer but my sale dragged on and it expired. That's when i went with Charlotte, who managed to find me an even better deal and save me over £300 a month. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated the whole way through, and somehow made the process feel stress free even though we were less than a week away from exchange. I couldn't recommend her enough!
