We have been using James as our mortgage advisor since 2019 when we bought our first property and for all our renewals since and each time he has ensured the process has been as seamless as possible. This time he and Tom assisted us with our remortgage and buy to let purchase and we honestly are incredibly thankful for their hard work and assistance throughout. Purchasing and mortgaging properties can be a minefield so having a trusftul mortgage advisor helps makes the process a little less stressful. I have had my pension with St Bart’s for maybe 5 years the advisor I previously dealt with has now left however when ever I had a review with her she just wanted to get it over and done with as fast as possible she simply wasn’t interested.

I called the branch in Salisbury a month or so ago as I was thinking about going else where, I haven’t had a call back I even gave them a 1star google review a few weeks ago, they simple don’t care about there customers or how you will be able to retire.

I have no trust or belief in St Bart’s finance.

Katie was very helpful in ensuring I got the best deal available with rates changing regularly. She went over and above what I would expect of a mortgage advisor and I am delighted with the final deal she found for me. Thank you Katie.

We used Sunny Gill as our mortgage advisor/broker. Sunny was fantastic from start to finish. Unfortunately we had very bad luck with our house purchase process. In the end, the journey took us a number of years, with the first 3 houses falling through due to each seller withdrawing. As a result, we had to apply for a mortgage a number of times. This was complicated by our changing personal circumstances.

Throughout our journey, Sunny kept a cool head, and his calm presence and demeanour helped to ground us during some of our most difficult moments.
