I purchased a policy from Steadily Insurance recently and want to give Karli a well deserved shout out for helping to make the experience seamless. Karli was patient and kind. She did not pressure me to buy a more expensive policy than what I needed, which I greatly appreciated.
Karli was a pleasure to interact with. She made purchasing insurance a much less stressful ordeal than it has been for me in the past.

Refused to Issue Refund Directly to Policy Holder
we made a credit card payment to bind the policy in Dec ,25. then our mortgage co made a duplicate payment, out of our escrow account and on our behalf, in Feb '26 by mistake. We called to request the duplicate payment to be reversed and refunded to us. The customer service insisted to send money to the credit card company instead of us. They claimed the credit card was the "only" payment method on file and they could not issue a check to us. They refused to cancel the credit card refund (I called them the day (02/20/26) they claimed the credit card refund was processed). Last, they also refused to remove the credit card info from their system.

People don’t matter to them.
My insurance was cancelled and they don’t really care. It’s a too bad so sad scenario. My policy was paid in full, but the underwriters found reasons to cancel. I have to carry insurance to keep my mortgage, I guess if i lose everything, they still get paid and they still have a home to go to a night. This is just another corporation that doesn’t really care about people.
