Dear Steam Artwork Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to raise a concern regarding the delay in the delivery of my order #3839. I placed the order on 5th June at 11:44 AM, and I was informed that it would be delivered within 48 hours. However, today is 8th June, and I have still not received the order.
I am very disappointed with this experience, as it does not meet the expectations set by your service. Due to this inconvenience, I have decided that this will be my last time ordering from your website.
Please provide an update on the status of my order as soon as possible.

I'm so sorry you did not have a good experience! All orders are always sent out within 48 hours of your order time. Can you possibly check your spam in email? Sometimes the artwork files somehow end up in there. Otherwise, we can re-send you the artwork!
I'd also like to extend you a voucher for 1 free artwork! I take customer satisfaction extremely seriously and I really apologize that you didn't have a good experience.

Didn't get my order withing 5 days, nor a reply
I've made a purchase on the 12th of May, around 8 p.m gmt+2. It is the 17th now and I still didn't recieve my order, nor a reply to my e-mail I send around 20 hours ago. Well, since I also paid for the trademark removal and my total was 20 bucks... I just hope they forgot about my order and ain't scamming.

For support, please allow up to 24 hours to receive a response from me as we are in different time zones. I will always respond to any support inquiries within 24 hours and as soon as I see it
