Delivery took 3 weeks, then when it was due to arrive they had forgotten to pay the shipping. This meant i had to pay the fee through royal mail and delay delivery by another 5 days.

Do not respond to emails
Emailed twice, with no response. Been advised by Royal Mail to contact this company to seek a refund due to lost items in the post (supplied reference number to Stellarcards to initiate the process) - but cant because they arent replying.

Really impressed, bought from stellarcards because of the cheap price on Chinese boxes. The packaging was great, even had the top hits from the set printed in the box. Will buy from again

Ordered destined rivals half booster box.
Great price.
Was kept up to date about the delivery.
It was sent Royal Mail 24 hours so I received in Sunday! Which meant I got it within 2 days of then receiving the product.
Packaging was bespoke and was a really special touch.
Will definitely be buying from the in the future.

I have just checked our emails and the messages people can leave through the site and there is nothing from you other than orders (multiple orders) can you email me on @ info@stellarcards.co.uk forwarding the message you sent so I can get to the bottom of this. We never want to send out items people don't want it's a costly thing to do. While looking I couldn't see any emails or messages about returning the item? Again reach out I can arrange it.
