It was our pleasure Rara. Thank you for your review.
The Rug that I brought was beautiful…
The Rug that I brought was beautiful and soft and fluffy but in saying that I was constantly vacuuming up fluff off the floor which was making my bedroom look very in tidy. So could say the actual material was of poor quality.

Resposta da Stella Rugs
Flocati rugs are all made in Greece from New Zealand sheep wool woven onto a blended wool and cotton foundation. Being natural fibres these rugs shed throughout the life of the rug. All natural fibre do.
They are available in different qualities from light weight, 1300gm to heavy weight, 2000gm. We stock the light weight but if you would like to return your rug, we can supply you the heavy weight which is approximately double the price.
Please feel free to contact us to discuss options to suit you. We do not like unhappy customers, we are here to support you.

Great service, friendly and helpful
Very happy with my new rug. I had a hard time choosing between two rugs, Rae helped steer me in the right direction. She even offered to swap the rug if it wasn’t quite right.

Great service!
Great service! I had a problem with my discount code and the quick chat employee helped me straight away and sorted the problem. Free delivery is a great part of the service too as most other companies will charge $50+ for delivery to where I live. Highly recommend!
