Ottimo prodotto, rapporto qualità prezzo un po' oneroso

Habe die Dichtung von meinem Becher verloren und eine Ersatzdichtung angefrag. Die gewünschte Dichtung wird (noch) nicht im Ersatzteilkatalog geführt und trotzdem wurde sie mir auf unkomplizierte Weise zugestellt. Hervorheben möchte mich den Service, da dieser ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommenend mit mir umgegangen ist. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür.

It all went well, while they had no option to send directly to Iceland, I had the opportunity to request for the spare cap to Spain. Came in time, well received. Tracking was a bit slow to respond but didn't matter in the end

I had an Emma thermos whose handle came loose. After an email to customer service I was quickly offered a new thermos. fast, easy and incredibly professional. Highly recommend Stelton

I had accidentally got rid of the cap to the bottle to our Brus carbonator. I therefore took contact with Stelton to see if there was any chance to order a new one. I got fantastic service and they sent me a new one free of charge. Great service and very good looking carbonator!

First the product, the Arne Jacobsen design, is brilliant. I have had the products for over 30 years and it was great delight that I found them again as a gift for a good friend. Then the correspondence with Stelton was everything a customer could want; polite, helpful, enthusiastic. Finally the transaction and the delivery were seamless and timely. Ich habe vor genau einem Jahr die Isolierkanne Emma geschenkt bekommen. Obwohl ich die Thermoskanne nie in die Spülmaschine getan habe, ist über all am Deckel die Beschichtung abgeplatzt. Wenn die Beschichtung nicht für heißes Wasser geeignet ist; warum wird sie dann an eine thermoskanne gemacht??? Ich bin entsetzt und sehr enttäuscht. Leider kann ich sie nicht reklamieren, da ich die Rechnung von dem Geschenk nicht habe und Stelton nichts ohne Rechnung zurücknimmt. Hier ist ein fairer Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auf jeden Fall nicht gegeben

We are a family that would like to give a little extra for good quality and beautiful design. We have pretty much always had the EM 77 series in black plastic since we were young. A few years ago, we chose to invest in an Emma electric kettle, which suddenly stops working. With a kettle of boiling water and the tap releasing at the top, luckily no one was INJURED! But it is certainly not something we think could happen to a Danish quality product. But what's done is done, what should we do with our useless EMMA kettle?
