Stephanie represented my mother in a property dispute with her ex husband. Stephanie was very receptive and supportive of my mother's needs and wishes. She also saw the lies and delaying tactics that the ex husband was trying to implement in his favour. She was very straight forward with the opposing counsel what was acceptable and what my mother would agree to. It all was concluded according to my mother's wishes. This really has provided relief to a matter that has been dragging on for several years.

Stephanie, has been incredible. She was given a very short notice to represent by brother on NMO order. She managed to help us with our statement and provide her own statement in less than a day of hearing. She’s sharp, fast and on the ball. She saved us !

Update: I have just received my non mol order and she has Stephanie only added items to the recital to protect him. And she added his false accusations of me which have no evidence. She failed to add any evidence or points to protect me.

She is out to ruin my life.. yes this is how serious her act has been. She does not realise she is messing with peoples lives.

I made the mistake of going direct with her and didn’t use my solicitor for a non mol hearing, prior to the case during the conference she did not listen to a word I said and hummed. This became apparent as when ever I asked her a question she did not hear and I had to repeat. Same at the court she was not listening.

This is an extremely stressful time for me involving a very manipulative and lying respondent. She took his side immediately, I should have let her go during the hearing. I was very anxious and stressed and she made is 100 times worst. Once in the court room she wanted to sit next to my the respondent who is my ex partner and not me. The court had to advise her that he cannot sit with her.

It’s shocking behaviour- the respondent is a wealthy man and she was more interested in finding out how he made his money.

She added no value - the judge made the order with no input from her. She was trying to hand in papers on his behalf to the court. Which she should not be doing.

She spent little or no time talking to me and had very little knowledge of my case. The respondent is under investigation for some very serious crimes and has accused me. At one point she said he wants to contest I said fine let’s leave it and we came upstairs. I said don’t talk to him now and we can go to court again- his witness statement is full of lies and his lies will be exposed! Even though this is not ideal. She said she is going downstairs to find out what time we are going into court and I lost her again for 45 minute she went to find her with the respondent despite me saying we do not need to talk to him and negotiate with him now.

She then continued to ask me about his evidence and kept on saying it does not look good for me.. I called him 5 times he said 300 and lied! He is also being investigated for much more serious crimes!

She was not following instructions which were clear let him contest instead she was siding with him and was once again asking him about his evidence which is not important as he said he wants to contest.

I then went to check on the court times as she ignored my many messages. She came out of a private room with him and loudly declared in front of him and the whole waiting area that she will not work with me again.. because I gave her instructions which meant she did it need to talk to the respondent.

She is not a criminal lawyer and said someone can have sex with you and say still you are harassing them. Her comments made me very anxious and her attitude towards the respondent was very biased to him even though I paid her and he is the one that is likely to go to jail for his very serious matter offences.

Even at the end to make matters worst, he as asked to leave first and me after.. he had gone home I assumed..she was desperate to talk to him.. did not explain next steps to me and will happen and offered me nothing.. she didn’t even talk to me.. I have not heard from her since she ran off and probably found him.. it’s sad!

She read none of my evidence and kept on repeating his abusive lies back to me! Next week I’m looking to take her to court for professional negligence. She could have put my life in danger

She is dangerous and waste of money and time. Avoid

Stephanie was fantastic from the outset, she spoke and asked exactly what it was I wanted to get from the court proceedings. She communicated with me through out the hearing as I was a bit lost at times and she explained everything so I was able to understand everything and the outcome was fantastic for myself.
