We've been impressed with Team Sterka. They provide intelligent coaching and training, with an emphasis on emotional intelligence - being brave and assertive but with empathy and always very outcomes-focussed.

If you want your team to excel with clients, Team Sterka's programme is a must! The topics are bang on in terms raising the level at which your team operates with clients, and with each other and the difference between people who do the training and those who don't is palpable. The sessions are highly interactive and their bite sized nature means that people have practical tips that they can weave into their everyday ways of working immediately.

Wow. That was an awesome experience in how to navigate the complexities of turning challenging interactions into constructive and productive outcomes. The sessions are thoughtfully timed and engaging. It’s a course I’ll go on again. Not only will this help me in business but also as a husband and father too. Three for the price of one!

The team at Juice have been doing the training now for about 3 months, it's well planned (only 1 hour every other week), so not a huge impact on time and means we have 20 of us doing it, so also cost effective. The course is well planned, engaging and so far we've had nothing but positive feedback from the team. Some have stated that it has completely changed their behaviour with clients & colleagues - in a good way of course! Definitely recommended..

We did a company training programme with Team Sterka and it was brilliant. We learnt about everything from storytelling to how to nurture client relationships, combat conflict and work on communication skills. This was a great investment for us as a small agency and would highly recommend it!

We signed up pretty much the whole of the Juice team - and - as ever with 'training' there were a few grumbles before it started. Those have all, totally, disappeared as we are now more than halfway through. The team are consistently positive and open - and that's down to the quality of the delivery, the interesting content, the pace and relevance. It's been great, I cannot recommend Team Sterka and Trenton more.
