An excellent programme!
The skills programme has been a real transformation for me. I have learned an enormous amount that I've been able to put to practice, and it has positively impacted how I navigate team working dynamics. I'm so grateful that I've experienced this training.

Excellent training with tips for life!
A extremely good training course, full of interactive learning and great tips and techniques to make our customer conversations (and any other ones really) that much better. Trenton really put us through our paces for 9 months and we were able to put so many of the great learnings into practice almost immediately. I would highly recommend Team Sterka for all sorts of businesses that put developing their people at the forefront. Top drawer training.

Team Sterka is brilliant!
Trenton is an enthusiastic presenter and facilitator bring energy and insight from the first minute of the session. He encourages everyone to get involved and make a positive difference to their day. Webinars are normally notoriously poor when it comes to engagement, but Trenton makes them fun, engaging and very useful so you leave wanting even more! I would recommend his sessions for any team!
