Very good service

Great experience with Sterling. Bought a three seater sofa and single chair at a real value for money price. Delivery was quick and well managed.

Very pleased with our new settee. Customer service at Sterling is excellent, good communication regarding delivery etc and the guys who delivered the settee were first class too.

Picked the suite i had wanted very informative staff told they would be in touch and they kept to there word.
Suite arrived and delivery drivers were very good .

From entering the shop to leaving i received 1st class service didn't try to rush you into making your choice

Furniture bought was everything needed, it was well built and very pleased with it.

We were looking for a rug and another major carpet supplier in Edinburgh who had a good selection advised us that Sterling, was the place to go to. Speaks volumes, the choice was fantastic the sales manager was informed and very friendly and we found exactly what we were looking for. The price was not cheap but the quality and design is second to none, so good value for money. It was delivered within 7 days and now takes pride of place in our lounge.

I cannot fault my experience from the support we had from Clive whilst picking our carpet in the showroom, to the professionalism and speed of our carpet installation team. Absolutely fantastic!

Shop staff very attentive. Delivery men super. The only problem we had was delivery timing but we got there. Initially told December and we planned work ready for that but were then told it was coming early and that you couldn’t hold it for us so we had to bring forward work, thankfully the workmen were available. It could have been a nightmare as my husband is disabled.
Got there though and we do love our sofa and chair

We were pleased with the quality of the product and with the helpfulness of both the salesman and the delivery crew.

Great service both in store and delivery.

Ordered entirely over phone with help of David Dickson who was absolutely super. The price was good and attention to detail on order very reassuring.
Chairs arrived early and you soloed for a few weeks , again this was amazingly helpful.
I knew what I was buying as had Ekornes Stresless for 20years and was not disappointed.
No pressured selling, all respectful and professional.
