Nice flooring…
Pleased with kitchen flooring and most of the customer service. Clive was very helpful and understanding.
We initially chose flooring which when it arrived had an overall green look. We wanted a replacement which was eventually upheld but had to pay
extra for returning the flooring £500 which
still seems ridiculous. The fitter Stevie was great.

Pleased with my carpet and the ftting. Staff were very helpful when ordering. My only complaint was that I had to ring, more than once, to get a copy of the sales form which I had not received. Also, conformation of my payments made.

Going to Sterling Store to buy a new Chair.
On arriving at the store and we went to the payment desk to ask for assistance as my Brother has got special needs.
The person there went on the tannoy and called for a sales assistant who appeared within a very short time she was called Catherine and looked after us throughout the process explaining things all the way.

We were sofa shopping, and were approached by a friendly and helpful salesman called Matt. He gave us good information and advice, and was happy to give us time and space to make a choice. Matt is easy to chat to, and is an asset to the team.

Purchased a suite
Purchased a suite, was told it would be 11 weeks , then advised it would be 12 weeks , called them to chase up then told another 2 weeks.
Poor show , and wouldn't have purchased if I was given accurate time scale for delivery.
I'm sure they will hide behind the 'estimate' statement but won't buy again.
Remember it's an expensive delivery charge so makes it more bitter when it's weeks over the estimated time frame!

Here's a suggestion that may be a bit out of the box, why not adopt a customer service approach?... maybe offering a refund of the delivery cost....or what about a refund of the care package I also purchased?
I know that adopting a compensatory approach may be something outwith he levels of customer service you're used to, however it may eliminate some of the frustration caused.
You should Google ' customer service '.
Apologies cost nothing, unlike the delivery charge.

Exceptional Service
Cannot recommend Steve highly enough at the Aberdeen Store. Helped us with different styles and good ideas for accessories. We ended up with 2 sofas & footstool. Also got carpet arranged for our living room too. Didn’t rush us. Great customer care, what a star!! Thanks Steve!! ( only came in for a coffee!☺️)

The boys were punctual
The boys were punctual, efficient and even hoovered up most of the excess carpet! As an added bonus, one of them helped me move some furniture back into the room before they left.

Fantastic service from a young gentleman named Ryan.
Ryan was so knowledgeable and helpful. From the initial interaction through to the completion of the purchase Ryan’s service was exemplary.

Fantastic set of staff at the Aberdeen site. All extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on their ranges. This store has a superb collection, we were spoilt for choice. Donald did a fantastic job of looking after us along with Jason. We will definitely return to purchase items from them and highly recommend the store. You’ll not be disappointed.
