A great experience in buying a matress
A great experience in buying a matress. Carolyn was very helpful and gave us advice when we asked for it. She had great knowledge of the mattresses and found us one with a firmness between two others we had tried. She also respected when we wanted time to lay on the matreses and discuss between ourselves. Thank you for helping us find the perfect matress.

AVOID
PLEASE AVOID. They do not answer emails. They do not answer online chat. They do not answer the phone. But they still take your money? It seems other people are also having the same issues. I've contacted my bank for a refund. All you get is an auto email saying someone called "Georgia Redding" has been put on annual leave and will be returning to the office on 25th September 2024? Doesn't sound good, maybe the company is no longer trading. Still taking people's money though and promising 1-2 working day delivery and arrival before Christmas.

Excellent service! I emailed to ask if the item I wanted to purchase was in stock as I had been let down by two other online retailers who ended up cancelling my order as they didn't have it. Stevensons replied straight away saying they did and would send it out straight away. Excellent customer service, communication and super fast delivery. Thankyou so much. Found a lamp to match one I already had but had sold out everywhere else. I ordered it and it arrived so quickly, despite Christmas delivery chaos. Was exactly the same as one I already had and I love the fact that it's a family business. Thank you so much!

Hi,
This is still not resolved as I am yet to get a tracking number for my purchased item, this is exactly a week today I am yet to get any tracking details for my delivery. This is very far from being resolved.
Also I did send a live chat, if you want screenshots I can provide them to you.

I placed an order on 2nd of Dec on Monday, for a 100cm sunburst frame, did not get an email to that effect let alone a order number. I thought will hold on a bit to see if you will send the email or a delivery message. Today is Friday, I got nothing. All I got was an email to ask for a review of an order that I am yet to receive? I paid through my PayPal. I have tried chatting you guys on your website but I have no order number to track with.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. Our confirmation emails are sent automatically, and I can see that one was sent at 12:05 PM on the day the order was placed. Additionally, a confirmation should have been sent via PayPal.
We understand how frustrating it can be not to receive timely updates. Unfortunately, these emails sometimes end up in junk or spam folders. To ensure you have it, I’ve resent the confirmation email to you.
While we didn’t receive a message on our live chat on Friday, I can see one came through today. I’m glad we’ve been able to connect and resolve the matter promptly. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.
