By far the best customer service I have dealt with. An error on my behalf. Was given the wrong address of a friend who lost her service dog. I got an email saying that it was delivered. A got an email with pictures of the house. That is when I found out the error on my end. They were ready to make it right on my wrong. Kai's owner called crying how beautiful it was.
