Delivered my package 5 days late and was not informed this would be the case. Stylist didn't listen to any of my requests, I specifically said I didn't want trousers and they were sent twice.

Customer service was awful and did not help at all.

Looks like I’m not the only one to have had an incredibly disappointing experience with Stitch Fix. Same issues mentioned by others - clothes sent are absolutely not my style AT ALL. In fact the total opposite. I give data on a daily basis, provided tonnes of feedback, notes - EVEN A PINTEREST BOARD 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼 Switched stylists and still, not hitting mark AT ALL. Total waste of time & money. Such a shame as the concept is such a great idea and I actually *want* it to work. But after 4 failed attempts now I have to cancel and share my review publicly.

This was my fourth stitch fix and I was really pleased with it, the colours were exactly my style and the way the clothes fit was lovely.

I love getting my “fix”. The quality is brilliant. I have bought things I would never have even tried on in a shop, but because I can try them on at home, and that someone else has chosen for me, it means that I am more adventurous in my style. I always get good comments when I wear my fixes. If I don’t like what ha been sent I just return it, which is very easy to do, and book another fix. Would definitely recommend.

For some reason the stylists seem to be completely unable to adhere to the requests I make. I always ask for No Denim - but get denim. I ask for soft neutral shades and the fix I received today had 3 navy blue items, 1 bright red and 1 white. I received one very heavy long sleeved winter blouse today just for the start of summer! The first fix I received was ok, but they just get worse. I'm not even going to bother to try on the outfits I received today, just going to send them back

My husband and I both get stitch fix boxes. We’re in our late 30’s and this has really helped us to establish our styles and given us huge confidence boost. We recommend it to everyone (as we get compliments all the time on our clothes/style!)

Same as the other negative reviews really, the selection of clothes I’ve been sent are absolutely nothing like my style. They don’t read the style notes, the clothes are mostly drab and boring and just not my taste. I even requested another pair of the editors cut jeans that I had bought previously (the only thing I’ve ever bought), and they couldn’t even include them and they would be a dead cert buy! A novel idea but a waste of time.

My first fix was good but after that Stitch Fix kept giving me their own brands despite repeated requests to not include these as I found their brands poor quality and over priced. I complained several times and was given a free fix and each time again my styling notes were ignored (these weren’t complicated - just a summer outfit - no jeans and no stitch fix own brands). Seems all they’re interested in is pushing their own brands

I have received one package so far and honestly the quality and fit of the clothes are so amazing 😁 I kept all 5 items. My personal shopper really got my style right away 😁

My sister had a fix from SF . It was beautiful. I decided to give it a go . 1st fix was great , my style , but I wasn't in love with it . So sent it back . They asked if I wanted same stylist ,YES! she was spot on . Fix Just needed a tweak .
I received an email to show what fix I was getting , declined it all (different stylist) . I'm 60yrs old not 20, they had suggested camouflage skinnies amongst other nonflattering clothes.
My 2nd fix arrived today . Not the same stylist , clothes frumpy (I'm 60 not 80) flowered (I requested no flowers) sleeveless (I said I didn't like showing arms. )Asked for smart jkt, I was sent a casual jersey jkt . Just hard work when 1st stylist was great .. So I've decided its easier to shop for myself and cancelled my fixes..

I’ve had three fixes now and they definitely know my style! Very happy with the service and love getting my delivery every three months. Also love that I can go into the page at any time and give thumbs up/down to suggestions.

Really good clothes selection. I kept 4 of the 5 sent out.

Awesome designs.
Love the style and the quality of the clothes. Also I get a 20% discount when I buy my fix.
Can easily change the dates when I want another or the next fix.
I would recommend Stitch Fix Uk to anyone like me who loves to be surprised by the Fix style you will be sent every time.

I love the stuff that they offer me. I am probably a little older than their average client. I am seventy years young. I am fairly new to the website so probably I have not found how to find my way around. But I need belts to hold up my pants. Can they help?

Asked for nice outfit for a hen do, also asked for no more blouses. Got neither 😕

Item developed a fault. Within a couple of hours of reaching out to the customer service team, I had received a reply and confirmation of a replacement being issued. Excellent customer service.
