Jeans and tops were amazing, dresses a little short waisted and not much room up top

I've had one delivery and so far so good. The clothes sent weren't too off my usual style, so nothing too wacky, but were different enough to feel I was trying something new.

I was excited to try Stitchfix after a friend recommended them but I have been disappointed. As others have said - no account was made of my styling requests and I have been sent drab and unflattering items of clothing. I was really hoping to fill my wardrobe with lovely basics but it hasn't worked out. Back to Shein I go!

You are sent a variation of the same thing over and over again, eventually I stopped looking forward to it because I was bored. I was never sent items similar to what I chose from the daily choices so I was disappointed. I don’t like to complain but they missed the mark with getting my style on point.

I didn't like any styles provided online, and I was surprised to know that they just packed my package and dispatched it. I thought I would have been given more choice before sending them.
Most of the items looked lovely but as I am putting on weight around my belly most of them didn't fit me. Also the style was not my favourite, I like more conservative look, so I work in the office on a laptop and I want to look professional. Also the one-piece was very short for me, I meant to wear one piece dress when I play the piano on stage etc. I only have maxi-sized dress. It's also not a good timing for me to buy anything at the moment as the company is struggling at this time, but if I had confidence in my finance I want to carry on.

I just love Stitch Fix. I’ve been using it for about a year and my wardrobe is now full of beautiful, stylish, unique pieces that feel like they represent me. I love how you can give feedback and influence what they send. Everything fits like a glove which doesn’t happen when I shop for myself. You set your own price range so you stay in budget and now I rarely shop between fixes because I know I won’t find anything as nice for myself. Highly recommended.

So far so good. Im useless with fashion so decided to get help in the form of stitch fix and I have not been disappointed yet. My stylist is quickly getting to know my style and is showing me more and more relevant bits of clothing each time and I am quickly replacing my old clothes and getting lots of compliments when people see me in the new stuff so thank you!🤙🏻

The clothes were beautiful, but the colours drab with too much emphasis on warm jumpers which is great for winter , but not as we are coming up to Summer and warmer weathers . I hadn’t realised my own emphasis would be the actual clothes sent to me .

I was so excited to try Stitch Fix which my friend recommended. I’ve had 2 fixes now. The first I got a great pair of jeans & a top but the rest of the items were disappointing (one had holes all over it - a sheer material - couldn’t believe it was sent ti me - and I never even got an apology /explanation for that). I opted to change stylist for my 2nd fix and all 5 items i just rolled back into the box and sent back. I really don’t feel like it was curated for me- some drab boring pieces and some awful tops I wouldn’t even let my mother wear!!. There’s no way to know who the stylist was, their experience or actually their qualifications so I don’t feel assured about who has dealt with fix. I spent a lot of time thumbs up and thumbs down styles on the app so I was really annoyed that a skirt I’d thumbs down was coming in my 2nd fix!!! My feedback after my first fix was that it was too mumsey and boring and then I just got more of the same. Aside from the jeans & top, which were great, I sense that the items they have in their repertoire are last seasons / unsold stuff that they buy in. I think the model is amazing but I just don’t think it does what it says on the tin. I didn’t have one interaction with a real person or a real name and I just don’t believe there are real stylists behind it all. It’s a shame as I could have been reeled in hook line and sinker if was as bespoke as it should have been and I hope that another company see the gap in the market and roll out a more personal service which I’d be willing to pay more for.

My most recent box was absolutely spot on. It’s great to receive clothes not avaliable on the high street. Quality of clothing is amazing and sizing is nearly always spot on. Love my stitch fix box

Easy to use and if you take the time to answer the questions up front and add comments for your stylist , i have found it to be a really good match to my style and preferences. Saves a lot of time and offers some brands/styles which i might not have otherwise tried.

Asked for summer items and got all dark thick items some of which were overpriced.

Was dissatisfied with last fix as I didn’t like anything sent. Most were dark colours and some were things I would never wear.

I had a dress I had already purchased, a top made of horrible material and 2 dresses the same! Not a great fix and all went back.
Absolutely gutted!

I've used Stitch Fix a couple of times in the past six months as I hardly ever buy new clothes and hate shopping. Everything I've been sent has been great. I'll use every now and then going forward.

All of the items were lovely. They were not necessarily what I would have chosen but when I tried them on I was surprised at how good they looked. Great choices!
