I said I didn’t like green but there were two green items in the box
Sorry but I put the box on hold.

Loved my parcel this time great clothes from some of my favourite makes, looking forward to my next delivery.

I was disappointed with my last fix. I don’t feel the stylist really understood my style and didn’t take that much notice of my requests, only partly. I liked 2 items from the original selection and nothing they selected to make up to 5 items. I’d stuck to the same stylist as before to give someone a chance to get to know my style. Also some items from the original options were way above the price range I’d selected

I don't feel like the stylist listened to me. For example when I rejected some shoes on the basis that they were too expensive they added shoes that cost £30 more to my fix. Really strange. This sort of thing has happened a couple of times now so won't be using them again. Ended up spending £10 on nothing as sending everything back.

Let me be clear, I really like what Stichfix are doing and the problem they are trying to solve however I do feel things are poorly executed.

Firstly, the amount of questions you're asked and potential outfit combinations shown to get a feel for your clothing likes/ dislikes and what you're trying to achieve is great however even though I completed this and fedback/ gave notes I never felt like the next stitch had improved.

After a few stitches and realising I was only liking 1-2 products per fix, I decided it wasn't worth it for me to continue any more, which is a shame!

As feedback, I'd love to know more about the stylists rather than them being anonymous, as that makes me worry that perhaps there's a reason for this such as them being overworked/ low skilled. I'd like direct conversations with them and to learn about their background and experience to help me choose the right one? I'd also like more brands and the ability to see clothing choices on a model for all examples when asked to rate items.

It'd also be great to send them a few shots of what I like to wear or links too. Even though I had months and endless boxes, I never felt things were going ijn the right direction for me - but thanks team Stitchfix.

I've used Stitch Fix a couple of times and have had a very positive experience. The selected items have been excellent, and from some not-so-common brands, which I like. Prices are very competitive. Overall, a 5 star experience and service.

The clothes are pretty much always my style and my size. I have noticed the prices creeping up though....

This is a great service delivered some excellent fixes and they are very accepting if you don’t like something I need to return.

A great way to get a more adventurous wardrobe without the effort. I have now ordered 4 fixes and kept the majority of it. The best thing was getting things i wouldn't normally try, a pink blazer for example which has since became a workplace staple! The customer service is also very prompt and very clear.

I’ve been using SF for over 12 months and to have been pretty happy with it. On occasion they send some cool stuff. Majority of the time it is a good alternative to heading into town and walking around the shops.
The most recent fix has annoyed me to the point of trying elsewhere as they have sent the same brand t shirt in the same incorrect size 3 times. I even asked them not to this time at the preview. Not worth a £10 styling fee to knowingly send the wrong stuff.

Good selection of clothes. Complemented many times about my jumpsuit. I would like one or two items that up the game in future extra ritzy!! Overall I love getting the box…it’s like a present.

I’ve had a subscription for several
Months and have received several “fixes”. In the past, I’ve been very happy and really had to narrow down my selections rather than it being an obvious choice what to keep. This shipment didn’t feel very personalised as it didn’t contain anything that was specifically requested in my notes ahead of the shipment. Also, everything was quite safe and therefore not unique and quite frankly a bit boring. I feel like I could have quite easily found everything in the shops myself. Thinking about cancelling my subscription

Great variety of clothes tailored to my tastes.

I love the styles and the services. They get my style and choose lovely outfits that look great and I wouldn't necessarily buy for me.

I received my box of clothes on the specified date. I always get really excited as there's always something amazing in the box that I would never have thought to have chosen myself. This time I loved all of the 5 pieces and because I kept all of the clothes I saved myself over £100 off the retail prices

I have just recieved my 4 th lovely fix ! A couple of things I wouldn’t have chosen but pleasantly surprised when I tried it on . The fit on all my items has been perfect .however when I previewed my fix there was a couple of items I didn’t like but some I loved . I was disappointed that they changed the whole fix rather than just the items I rejected . Was so looking forward to trying the jeans that was originally on fix .

Great service from Stitch Fix who did more than was needed when I received my last ‘fix’ of clothes. Thank you.

Clothes could not have been more not me, shirt had a fault and should not have been sent , shoes had a big price tag for what they are.

I’ve been using stitch fix for a little while now. They are getting about 80% of the fixes right. But I’m now getting annoyed that they ignore my instructions not to send certain items. They also seem to be ramping up the pricing structure.
Not sure if I will be with them much longer.

All 5 items were great, I had to keep them. Great fit, beautiful colour&texture.
I am hap0y with my Stitch Fix.
