We completely appreciate the feedback around portion size and protein too. Our Blocks are designed to be flexible - whether that’s having a couple with rice or pasta, adding some extra veg or protein, or using more Blocks depending on appetite, but we take all feedback on board!

This is exactly what we hoped STOCKED could offer - plenty of variety and a genuinely convenient option when cooking from scratch isn’t always practical, without having to compromise on a tasty meal.

Marry Me Chicken on a jacket potato with cheddar sounds absolutely delicious 😍 And we love that you’re already mixing and matching the Blocks to make them work for you.

We’re really sorry your first experience with us got off to such a frustrating start, particularly with your delivery going to the wrong address!

We’re glad our team has since been able to get this sorted for you. We completely understand that waiting for a response when there’s an issue with a delivery can be frustrating.

Just to clarify, we don’t currently operate a customer service phone line. As outlined in our FAQs, our support team is available via WhatsApp chat and email, where we work through every customer query as quickly as possible.
We’re a small team and, on particularly busy days, response times can unfortunately be a little longer than we’d like. We certainly weren’t ignoring your messages, and we’re sorry that on this occasion you had to wait longer than usual to hear from us 💛

We’re pleased we were able to get everything resolved and hope the rest of your experience with STOCKED is a much smoother one!
