Wow, I’m sold.
I’ve recently joined the stocked community and I’m impressed. I’ve tried the bolognese and the marry me chicken so far and they have been amazing. A review I read talked about how they’re watery, I think they are likely adding too much of their own water.. because these are flavourful, the right consistency and fit into a lazy or busy lifestyle. (I’m in the lazy category at the moment)
I’ve already recommended this to my friends and family, even my boyfriend who is incredibly fussy wants to try the foods as they just smell so good!

Delicious and easy!
After seeing them popping up repeatedly on my social media, I decided to give them a try!
We are a busy working family with 3 kids and their social lives and after school clubs to navigate, so having a quick meal now and then is absolutely essential (for my mental health if nothing else!) These meals feel like I have prepared them, and no-one need know all I have done is heat them up!
I thought that this would be a one off delivery, but actually, I think it will stay as a regular subscription and I will just factor in a quick meal once a week and not feel like I am feeding the kids junk! (And the chicken panang was amazing!! My husband and teen just asked me to cook more of it next time!)

I'm absolutely sold on these products
I'm absolutely sold on these products. Fit perfectly into my daily routine. I can be out busy in the morning, and have a good healthy lunch ready, start to finish in less than 10 minutes, before I have to go out to work in the afternoon. A good selection of different meals so I don't have to repeat the coming days (unless I want to).
As summer came on and having hot lunches lost their appeal, I just postponed my subscription at no cost.

Update:
Stocked contacted me about this experience directly, asking for feedback and mentioning their taste guarantee. Very impressed by this and have upped it from 1 to 3 stars.
Previous Review:
I’d like to give a good review but these meals are just not nice. I purchased aix different meals and have gone through each one since, they’re very bland, watery, and feel cheap for what costs a lot more than just bulk cooking.
If these had great flavour, I’d consider buying permanently, but the seasoning is off, the meals don’t feel authentic to the cuisines, they don’t look in the slightest appetising and lastly its expensive when you start to try to reason the cost. 4 blocks are definitely just below a portion to me and I barely eat much.

Great company. Good food, they listen to feedback, constantly rotating menu, the right level of emails without much marketing jargon. Does exactly what it says on the tin, and the delivery is on time everytime. Really nothing bad I can think of!

Our Blocks are designed to be flexible rather than a complete meal on their own, so you can build them into a portion that works for you. We usually recommend 2-4 Blocks per serving alongside your choice of sides, whether that’s rice or pasta, or something lighter like veggies or salad.

Perfect for a young family
You really can't explain the anxiety you feel as a parent of a fussy eater. STOCKED has honestly changed my evenings entirely. After a few nights off happy tears watching her tuck in we've found a new routine.
Tonight my toddler ate chicken, broccoli and sweet potato risotto using the stocked chicken stew base, I just added arborio rice. All I needed to do was add some white wine and camembert to make it a great dinner for my husband and I too. Thank you for saving this mumma!

As someone living with MS
As someone living with MS, having STOCKED in the freezer is such an easy way to eat more healthily. I rarely have the energy or coordination to cook a meal and it used to be far too easy to resort to junk food. I’d tried meal delivery boxes in the past but they weren’t much easier for me than cooking from scratch. I can’t safely use a hob so being able to quickly microwave a baked potato or a bag of rice and add a few STOCKED blocks from the freezer is literally life changing. With no shopping or food prep required and the ease of not having to remember to defrost something, eating is now something I can enjoy instead of being a challenging chore. They are such a boon for people with chronic illnesses and disabilities. Thank you so so much.

I ordered from STOCKED specifically for…
I ordered from STOCKED specifically for the convenience of having healthy, ready-prepared meals for my family while our kitchen is being renovated.
The order wasn’t delivered on the scheduled day. When it finally arrived the following day, it had been delivered to the wrong address and the food was completely mushy and unusable.
While the delivery failure was frustrating, the worst part has been STOCKED’s customer service. There is no contact number, communication via WhatsApp has been extremely poor to non-existent, and despite repeatedly trying to get this resolved, I’ve been left without any clear resolution.
I bought these meals to make life easier during our kitchen renovation, but instead it has caused more stress, inconvenience and additional expense, as we’ve had to find alternative meals for the family.
Absolutely shocking customer service. I would have expected STOCKED to take ownership of the situation and resolve it promptly, regardless of the issue originating with their delivery company.

We’re a small team working as hard as we can to respond to everyone as quickly as possible, but we’re really sorry that our communication fell short here and that you were left waiting for a clear resolution.
We can see that a full replacement has now been arranged for you, but we absolutely understand the additional stress and inconvenience the delay caused.

Correcting previous review- Not bad after all
Wrote a very negative review earlier but after tasting more food changed my mind. Basically fine, saves some time indeed. I found 2 ones that are tasty, so made a mistake, shame on me😊

Cancelled subscription, cons customers
**UPDATE ignore the response from Stocked below, they haven’t contacted me or asked for any more information**
The food is ok, they can be a bit watery and almost impossible to put in a wrap as suggested as it just goes soggy. The concept is great but due to the quality I asked them to cancel my subscription. However, they keep sending me orders and charging my card.. I have asked them to cancel the latest order they sent me (again) but they are refusing to do so. Seems like they do this to con customers in buying more orders as this has happened to a number of people

Restaurant in your freezer.
I was driving home from work with the usual uninspired thoughts about what to have for dinner…. Then I remembered my freezer was STOCKED!
The relief was enormous.
So easy to heat up, loads of choice. It has transformed the end of my day. (I’m too tired to cook at the moment)

We offer both subscription and one-off boxes, which can be selected at checkout. This discount is a subscription offer, which is why it wouldn’t apply to a one-off order. Our subscription model helps us plan how many meals we need to cook in advance, which allows us to offer additional discounts on these orders.

I received my last order of stocked a…
I received my last order of stocked a couple of days before I fell and broke my right arm. These blocks have been fantastic as my ability to prepare meals has been compromised by my broken right arm . It means I can make meals independently and have a variety of tasty food that I can produce within 10 to 15 minutes. I’m so glad that I found stocked and I have passed on how good they are to the carers who come in to to help me and I believe they are sharing information about these to other service users.
Thank you stocked for such good quality food that is easy to make while I am incapacitated

A good starting point for a meal10
The meals arrived on the designated delivery day and were well packed. I first tried the Rich and Smoky Beef Chilli. I used two blocks and paired them with a jacket potato. Visually the dish looked good except there was a lot of liquid and not much in the way of meat and beans. C'mon beans are cheap as chips - don't be stingy with them. The chilli was quite mild, which is not a problem as it is easier to add seasoning than to take it away. I decided to try the dish again with a few additions - half a tin of haricot beans, a handful of spinach and a teaspoon of nduja paste. It is perfect!

Poor customer service
Placed an order which arrived on time. Unfortunately i was missing one product. They refused to send the missing item and would only offer a refund. The Sausage Arrabbiata won a great taste award and was one of the reasons i placed the order as i wanted to try it. To get the missing product i was told i would have to order again a minimum of 4 items and then pay postage again. This just does not seem fair to me. They made the mistake and i have to pay extra top resolve it. Not great customer service. I will say the products i have received have been very tasty though. Maybe just need to work on there customer service.

I’m sorry that one of your packs was missing, especially as the Sausage Arrabbiata was one you were particularly looking forward to trying.
I can see that the team did their best to help at the time and offered the options available to them. As our orders are delivered frozen, we do have limitations around what we’re able to send out separately, which unfortunately means we can’t usually send a single replacement pack on its own.
That said, I completely appreciate your frustration when the missing item was due to an error on our side. I’d be more than happy to take another look at this for you and see if there’s anything further we can do.
