Steve was great to work with from the moment he took our initial call. He was quick to arrange a survey of the property we were looking to purchase. His report was delivered quickly. It was thorough but yet quite accessible to a lay-person. Steve gave us a telephone consultation to help us understand some of the more technical points and helped us with prioritising the order of work that needed doing. Would definitely use Steve again.

What can we say - the service we had from Steve was phenomenal - his survey of the original house we had planned to buy literally saved us hundreds of thousands of pounds by giving us adequate information to make an informed decision not to proceed with the purchase - the best money we ever spent. Not only that, but he is still supporting us through a potential alternative purchase and his kindness when he found out that we had to have our very young dog put to sleep was quite astonishing from a man that we have never met.
