Called up and made an enquiry for storage at the Cardiff branch. Spoke to a guy called Gareth Lewis and he couldn't have been more helpful. He gave me all the info I needed and helped me choose what size storage I need.
Good job I checked as I needed a bigger unit.
Popped into the store to have a look around and it was so clean and tidy. You can tell this is a well run business. Even the staff were friendly and were able to answer all of my questions.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, me and my family where in need for a storage unit for our household items, we went into Storage Giant in Telford and were greeted by Duncan , who made the experience easy and was very friendly. He showed us around the storage units available and helped us through the paperwork, explaining everything in perfect detail. We have left with the keys today and it’s took a lot off our mind. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you Duncan

Being new to the storage hire i searched a few places, I filled an enquiry out online and had a phone number to call, I spoke with Claire over the phone she told me to come down and see what size would be best for me, on arrival Claire greeted me with a smile and remembered my call she talked me through the process and showed me some lock ups she is a really amazing asset to the business and its because of here we hired a lock up for 3 months with a view for longer.

I got a quote online and Simon P. gave me a call to finish the transaction. Lovely service, so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

Quick, easy and good price. We have rented the 10sq foot storage unit for some of our daughters university belongings, this was one of the cheaper quotes thanks to their 50%offer. The customer service from Rikkey was brilliant

Rikky, the customer service agent was more than excellent. He listened well, had all the answers and offered me a great price that was 10% less than what others offered. He was professional and friendly. At the store, the receptionist was also very nice, the place was so nice, cool and organised. The big lifts and trollies made the experience a piece of cake. I loved the experience, and I highly recommend Giant Stores. These people are serious about their bussiness.

Gemma was very helpful and could answer our questions. She explained everything to us and showed us the units on offer. The process was very straightforward and the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently.

Came in this afternoon after receiving a quote online and a phone call explaining the process. Zip helped show us round different units to get an idea of size and was patient when I wanted a second look as I was unsure.

I was shown the different size units and wasn’t rushed into making a decision. The whole unit was spotlessly clean and efficient.
