Came in this afternoon after receiving a quote online and a phone call explaining the process. Zip helped show us round different units to get an idea of size and was patient when I wanted a second look as I was unsure.
Very friendly service and got us set up with a unit to use straight away.

The team at Storage Giant - Self Storage Llanelli were extremely helpful and informative. The whole process went very smoothly. I was shown the different size units and wasn’t rushed into making a decision. The whole unit was spotlessly clean and efficient. The paperwork was straight forward, a big shout out to Dean for explaining the paperwork and system, also a big thank you to Simon for showing us around the different units.

Found Storage Giant online, viewed the facility on Friday and was impressed by the set up and the range of units available all at a reasonable price.
Went back on the Monday to sign the paperwork where I was seen by Courtney who was very polite and professional, this process took less than 30 minutes and I was able to start moving stuff into my storage unit straight away.

The team were amazing .. I was abroad and they dealt with the delivery and org of my kitchen . Dayten was super calm and sorted our mistakes out on Size of original unit booked without any fuss. I highly recommend Storage Unit for anyone’s storage needs

Storage giant Cwmbran.I needed to store some items and I had previously been there before and had excellent service.Mike showed me to the storage room to see if it was OK.The room was spacious and clean and very secure.All of the staff have always been very helpful and Mike was also very helpful today.

We have used storage giant now for many years and there service has been excellent! Duncan is always very helpful with anything that we need!

We walked in today to enquire about hiring a storage space, which we will need in a week or so, as we are moving home. Pleasantly we ended up booking a space, as the staff there were so polite and helpful in deciding the space requirement. They undetstood our need and tried to give the best discount as possible. Mr. Haroon and Mr. Zobin were very helpful. Thank you very much.

The chap who helped me with options and costs was Will, he was polite and chatty, came across he actually cared about the company and will be definitely using them when I move.
