Bought a tray for the kitchen draw utensils, website states 530x480 . When we received it it was bigger in the size and was told they are made to measure ( can’t see that on the website) and was told to use trim it. Maybe changing the description under the product will help. I can never trust their products again
I ordered 2x baskets and 20x spice jars. I only received 15 spice jars, however the customer service team has rectified this by sending the outstanding 5 spice jars to me notwithstanding that their internal records indicated that 20 were sent.
It would be easy for a customer to lie about not receiving all their goods and, I imagine, preferable for a business to rely on their own records. However I appreciate the customer service representative for trusting me to be honest about this and rectifying this situation for me.
As far as product quality goes, I am pleased with the quality of the product that I received. I consider it value for money at the price point. I would recommend this to others.
Great product and excellent customer service. We've just completed a complete transition from Tupperware to glass pantry storage, and I am very happy and impressed with the quality of the square glass canisters and spice jars with bamboo lids. They are stackable, look amazing and were shipped quickly with no breakages at all.
