All of our coffee is hand roasted and packed at our Sheffield roastery, giving us full control over freshness, consistency, and quality assurance. As an experienced speciality coffee roaster in Sheffield, we source only speciality-grade coffees with strong provenance, traceability, and sustainability credentials. Our range includes expertly developed espresso blends and single-origin coffees designed for professional coffee environments, from offices and cafés to education and contract catering. We offer same-day coffee dispatch from Sheffield on orders placed before 3pm, with next-day UK delivery available depending on location, ensuring customers receive freshly roasted coffee quickly and reliably. I've been a customer for several years, and always enjoy their coffee. On this occasion, they went out of their way (literally!) to sort out a delivery issue with the courier. The customer service was friendly, helpful and considerate throughout. Thank you so much!

Great company. Great product.
Both of my orders were delivered very quickly and communication from the company was first class. I received a same day reply to my e mail enquiry and an issue I had met was instantly resolved. Impressive.
The coffee was very well packaged and arrived undamaged. The coffee itself is quite different to my usual beans in both colour and taste, but I have really enjoyed the change. No hesitation therefore in recommending both the company and the product.

Great coffee and great service.
An example is when I got a phone call checking that I had meant to have my coffee ground when I normally don't. I had made a mistake and it was picked and corrected.

What a fabulous company! Because it was Christmas, Cafeology very kindly decided to go above and bean-ond, and hand deliver my coffee order, to save me a trip to their HQ near Meadowhall. How very kind. My cup runneth over with Christmas cheer... and the best coffee in the UK!

Delicious coffee
Delicious coffee, got the latin espresso beans. Perfect crema and lovely taste. Had a delivery would fall on new years and they kindly followed up to check if would want earlier. Quick despatch and delivery too. Was shopping around to find my favourite fairtrade ethical espresso cup and have finally found it.
