Dispatch is censored - Nintendo refuse to acknowledge it

I bought "Dispatch" from the Nintendo store only to find that the content is heavily censored. There was no mention of this censored content anywhere on the store and PC and Sony versions of the game don't have this censor. I requested a refund from Nintendo as they were in breach of not disclosing this information and i did not want to play this version of the game. They denied my request claiming that too much time has passed since my purchase and that they would not be able to assist. I sent numerous screenshots and provided perfect evidence that the game had only been played in total for less than 30 minutes but they refused to reopen the case. It was very disappointing.
My only option now is to always choose the PlayStation version whenever games are released multiplatform. I've been a loyal Nintendo fan since the very first NES and will continue buying Nintendo products in the future however, I will now always choose PC or Sony whenever there are multiple options.

My Nintendo Shop disgrace

My Nintendo Shop disgrace - Don't shop there.

I ordered items on the My Nintendo online shop for physical delivery on 5 Dec. On 6 Dec they said the items had shipped. They charged me. Delivery was to take 3-5 days.

On 11 Dec the courier site still stated that they had not received the parcel. In the following few weeks I tried to call Nintendo, I messaged them and had live chat. Their phone number refuses to deal with physical orders. Their live chat is a joke of pasted, repeated messages. They then quit the chat without any solution. There is no complaints procedure.

I have at least 10 emails repeating that the issue was "escalated". No word on where it was escalated to but this happened on 11 Dec. It's now the 9th of January.

I just contacted them again only to receive the same generic email after a really ridiculous copy and paste convo with an employee.

How am I supposed to get my money back? Shame on you Nintendo!! The lack of customer support or even basic decency says a lot about Nintendo. I'm located in Ireland but I see the UK shop is the same with issues. I am also entitled to EU consumer rights but the EU HQ refuses to acknowledge my issue when I email them and instead sends me back to the local shop. I'm a long time fan and this really has soured my view of the company. The most sad thing about it is that these were gifts my daughters asked me to buy for Xmas so they could gift them to each other. I bought them a switch 2 for Xmas (from smyths thankfully) with lots of accessories and this really just makes me regret committing for another few years to this ecosystem.

Order not delivered and horrible support

I got an email saying my order could not be delivered and was returned.

Nobody came to my house to deliver it, I have smart doorbell and camera around the house, all of them with 24x7 recording and they notify me when things happen, so nobody came here.

In the email saying the order was returned it informs I should contact Nintendo and I could request a new order to be shipped as replacement, so I contacted them via chat asking a replacement, but the agent said it wasn't possible. I mentioned it was in the email, and then shortly after the chat was disconnected!

I contact Nintendo via email to complain about the agent, they just replied with a standard email not doing anything.

Horrible service.

Purchased item

Purchased item - it was in stock and to be delivered within 2/3 days - It was never received and the tracking indicated that the courier had never received the package. Nintendo slow pedalled on dealing with the matter and because i complained did not offer me a replacement ( which is apparently their policy)but belatedly processed a refund. The item in question is in short supply and the person who refused the refund knew that I would have great difficulty sourcing it elsewhere. As a result my son did not get the birthday present he was expecting. Customer service truly appalling- i would not recommend any purchase being made on this site

Avoid; if you have to order, use Paypal for their buyer protection.

My order arrived with items missing from the package. I contacted their customer support who sent me a form to fill out and return to them, which I did promptly and made sure to confirm had been received. After several weeks of being fobbed off and told they could not give me a time-frame for a response, I filed for a refund through paypal. Incredibly unhelpful.
