It appears there was an oversight on our part where the second page of your order wasn't taken into consideration, which led to the missing items. This was a silly error on our end, and we should have caught it earlier.
However, I can see that my colleague quickly amended the order and promptly sent out the missing items to ensure everything was completed as it should be. We deeply regret the confusion and any frustration this has caused you.

My experience with Storm brew was…mixed
My experience with Storm brew was excellent . Very quick response however delivery was a different matter: I know this is not your fault but Royal Mail gave me 3 different delivery times for the same day and eventually delivered my coffee at 5pm, which means I took a whole day off work just wasting time, (supposed to be delivered between 9.30 and 1; then between 10.30-2.30 and then between 3-7pm)
Because of this. I’ll think twice about ordering online again - sorry 😞
