Had a late delivery query I complained about. Contacted by Jeta from customer services who was great. They checked my expected delivery and followed up afterwards that I had received it. Issued a complimentary item as gesture of goodwill. Very good customer service. Let’s hope my next delivery is on time.

The human part of the chat service (Bruno A) was super helpful to this not very tech savvy customer. He has kindly resolved my issue and left me as a happy customer.

My parcel was delivered, but not to my address. I could see on the picture that it was definitely not my front door. I emailed vuse and they opened an inquiry and within a week they had offered me a refund or replacement. I chose a replacement and this was dispatched immediately. Vues is a great company and I will continue using them.

Vuse is an overall a customer friendly and consumer based, product rich company. But we're it really comes into it's own is the fantastic,swift and customer driven consumer service department. I was extremely and pleasantly surprised avery high level of care. Thanks again.

Contacted customer service as I have not received a new device voucher code as part of my subscription. Via email Aferdita sorted it out and ordered the device colour of my choosing. Dealt with quickly and was very helpful.

I had an issue with the pods I’d bought tasting burnt. I contacted the customer care service who were beyond helpful. Bianca B was especially helpful in this matter. A new vape was sent to me as a replacement for the previous one, and when I continued having this issue, a pack of pods arrived at my house just a few days later and the problem had resolved.

We have had a small problem with a few Pods. They were from different orders over a period of a few weeks. The problem continued so I reported to Vuse Customer Care. My case was handled by Yolanda M who was very caring and helpful. I have been given a full explanation of what to do in the event of the problem occuring again and a replacement order was sent. I telephoned Vuse UK today, as I cannot get 6mg Vuse vapes anymore from Sainsbury’s, as I have given up smoking, and 6 mg is the lower end of what Vuse does, and I didn’t know you can order online.
I spoke to a lovely lady at Vuse who was called YOLANDA from Spain, she was so patient and understanding and helped me go through the process, and to my surprise, I got them cheaper and a free Holder, with free delivery, given to me from YOLANDA
I was so impressed with the fantastic customer service I received today.

I’ve been using your subscription service for over two years, and almost every single month I’ve had issues with delivery. Every time I raise the problem, I’m told to “be patient” and wait. If I’m expected to wait whenever it’s convenient for you, what is the point of subscribing? I could buy the same products from the corner shop when I actually need them instead of relying on your horrible, clunky service.
Almost every month I have to chase either you or your delivery company (Evri), whose service is consistently awful and should honestly be banned. I don’t have time to deal with your customer service or the dismissive responses I receive, as if I’m buying a T‑shirt instead of essential products. It’s unacceptable that I’m putting in more effort than the company I’m paying.
You need to improve your service and your delivery partner. Focus more on your customers than on your money. After everything I’ve dealt with, I want a manager to call me. This has gone on long enough and needs to be handled by someone who can actually resolve it.
