First, don't trust the "help" provided by their doors because it's misleading... It says that "if you didn't remember trial will convert into suscription, contact suport... We'd locate the account, cancel it and process the refund" but when you do that they bring the T&C and decline to refun....

I checked myself and it didn't show my data, no any of the dating apps I am active; the maping is lame, I think a generic one is showed depending on the location because I also check a friend of mine and shows exactly the same places we don't even go... I ended up without any other data than I could get with a facebook and government searches, and those are free... I can confirm even google showed me much more surprising information...

First of all when I used it I just used it on myself because I was curious and it didn’t find jack shit. Whatever it was a dollar I didn’t care and I closed my phone. 3 days later they charge me $30 for 10 credits. I contact customer service thinking like yeha of course they’ll give me a refund. Nope, they are very very strict about there policies. Apparently after i bought to see my results for $1 it started a 3 day free trial one I would’ve cancelled before it ended if i even knew about. I paid $1 before for 10 credits just for the subscription to charge u $30 and get this they only give u 10 credits with that money too which is teh same amount of credits i used and paid one dollar for to see my results. Jasmine was my customer service help I tried being nice and it became confrontational and mean because from the start they didn’t wanna help me they just wanted to keep my money. horrible company don’t story check through here lol. (This is an edit) Okay so after about 12 emails going back and fourth I just told them that this company is a scam and i’m leaving a review immediately and got my refund :)

Ik ga Nederland voor deze mensen waarschuwen. Ik heb het bestelproces voor deze review opnieuw doorlopen. Op mobiel wordt de aanbieding prominent na uitwerking weergegeven als “Herfstsale. Download nu voor €1,00” als zijnde een aanbieding. Wanneer vervolgens op “Mijn rapport bekijken” wordt geklikt, wordt de gebruiker direct naar het betaalgedeelte geleid (gescrolld), waarbij de informatie over het abonnement van €29,99 per week wordt gepasseerd. Hierdoor word je aan een ineens aan een abonnement vastgezet. Na flink mailen over en weer en dreigen met juridische stappen, is het me gelukt het geld terug te vorderen. Deze manier van geld verdienen is gewoon ronduit fout. Koop niks bij dit bedrijf!

Crap service that bill by the week so I was billed for three weeks after trying it twice. It’s basically fraud. Shit entrepreneurs playing on normal people’s anxieties over their web history in order to own quick bucks. Don’t buy!

Ik heb voor 0,50 cent een onderzoek gedaan. Dit was een proefabonnement. Na deze eerste keer stopte dat abonnement direct. Toen ik de website weg wilde klikken werd er tot mijn verbazing 29,99 van mijn rekening gehaald. Storycheck zegt dat als je op een knopje(?)drukt je aan een abonnement vastzit. Dit is wettelijk uiteraard niet toegestaan,daar er duidelijk vermeld moet worden wat een vervolg abbo kost en hoe je deze aan gaat. Ook promoten zijn positieve revieuws op hun website,welke nergens terug te vinden zijn.Storycheck weigert het bedrag te storneren.
Dit is dus een oplichtingssite!

They dont tell you about their ´subscription´ model. Really scammy. When i reached out to customer support they told me that in their terms its not possible to get a refund. When i said i would leave a bad review and call my bank. They suddenly could refund the €30,- So all a bit scammy....

TOTAL SCAM, this company first trick you that it works, and it does not then they trick into withdraw money for credits.

They make it appear as though you are paying for a one-time service, but afterwards they start charging €18 twice a month.

Their website says you can cancel the subscription by logging into your account – except the login does not work, making it impossible to cancel.

They also claim that their support team responds within 24 hours. That has not happened either.

I paid for what I believed was a one-time service and am now dealing with recurring charges, no working way to cancel, and no response from support.

Stay away.

No (obvious information) that they will charge you again approximately $18 "after the free trail ends". And also, it's not accurate at all. Tried looking upp my own email and it showed no results on some of the apps/sites I'm actually using.

They say that they will only charge you once and there won’t be any other charges but then it’s all of a sudden subscribtion and they won’t refund the money. SCAM!!!!!!

Scam. Lang wachten, cookies accepteren en de resultaten krijg je alleen per mail. Als je ze al krijgt?

Not specified that it is a subscription. Literally says “you won’t be fined again” when you pay one time.

Website zoekt verdachte telefoonnummers, als het rapport klaar is wordt je emailadres gevraagd en als dat ingevoerd wordt verschijnt de betalingsmodule. Niet te vertrouwen.
