Lovely helpful people! I was so impressed that within a few minutes I had my replacement glass for my log burner. The gentleman who served me explained how to fit it. Very efficient service. Altogether a good experience.

An unfinished product destined for early failure. They do not seem to realise that they are making replacement windows for metal doors which receive a fair amount of abuse during their lifetime. The cut edges of the glass were ragged and had not been finish ground, leading to the propogation of cracks developing in the future and thus failure. Template not returned when requested.

Excellent quick delivery given that I ordered on Christmas Eve! Fit the wood burner perfectly. Made what I thought would be a big problem easily fixed and no need to ask for any help whatsoever. Highly recommend

Ordered a replacement stove glass as was recommended this company by other people locally who had used them and received excellent service. Sadly my experience was not like this.

I paid for special delivery but the glass took 3 days to arrive and involved me intercepting the delivery myself at the sorting office to receive it a day earlier than I would otherwise. Not ideal when you are in sub zero temperatures and a boiler stove is your only form of heating. I requested a refund for the high cost I paid for special delivery. The first person I dealt with was quite pleasant and reasonable however I was (I assume accidentally) copied into a message from another person, presumably a manager saying I should be given the refund but with some very rude and insulting language in it. I suspect this happened via a “reply all” e mail mistake but it highlights what an unprofessional company this is. If this is their attitude towards their customers then they don’t deserve any business. Look elsewhere there are plenty of other stove glass suppliers online.

Ordered just before Christmas and I didn't expect to receive the new glass until the new year but it came very quickly. Excellently packaged too, great service.
